　　大学阶段各个年级都有很多课程，但给我印象最深的一门课是“高级视听说”。

　　喜欢这门课的第一个原因是我在这门课上学到了很多东西。

我的英语听力水平、口语水平和翻译水平都得到了很大提升。

喜欢这个课程的第二个原因是我很喜欢教我们这门课的老师——秦老师。

他是一个既有魅力又有耐心的人。

他的英语口语很棒。

乍一听，完全就是美国本土人在讲英语。

他对我们要求很严格，但我们依然很喜欢他。

　　众所周知，大学与高中截然不同，主要原因是大学里会举办很多校园活动，而这些大学活动使大学生受益匪浅。

我认为最有益的校园活动是大一时，由学生会举办的“爱心长跑”。

这次长跑筹集的善款用于捐助希望工程。

　　我很荣幸参加了这次长跑，因为这次活动使我的身心都获得了很大裨益。

首先，这次活动提醒我身体健康的重要性。

在我上大学前，我只关心自己的学习成绩，而忽视了健康。
