在win10电脑上，OneDrive通常可以在右下角找到图标，也可以在搜索框直接搜索

OneDrive程序启动时，输入工作或学校帐户，然后选择“登录”。

本地版通过右下角云朵状OneDrive图标，左键然后打开文件夹

可以浏览本地的OneDrive文件，将要上传的文件放入其中即可

YoucanbrowsethelocalOneDrivefileandputtheuploadedfileinit

Office文件也可以通过另存为的方式保存至OneDrive

以下操作均在OneDrive应用中进行

FollowingactionsareperformedintheOneDriveapp

1.右键单击文件，然后选择“共享”。

Right-clickthefile,andthenselectShare.

2.从下拉列表中选择要共享的人员，或者输入姓名或电子邮件地址。

Selectthepersonyouwanttosharefromthedrop-downlist,orenteryournameoremailaddress.

3.添加消息（可选），然后选择“发送”。

Addamessage（optional）,andthenselectSend

4.停止共享Stopsharing

右键点击文件-选择“共享”

Right-clickthefile，Select‘Share’

选中发送链接标题右边的三点，下拉选择“管理访问权限”

SelectthreepointsontherightoftheSendlinktitle，Drop-downSelect‘Manageaccess’

选中链接右边的“×

”来删除共享链接，即可停止共享

按需处理文件TurnonFilesOn-Demand

借助OneDrive文件按需，即可访问OneDrive或SharePointOnline中所有文件，无需下载这些文件，也不占用设备存储空间。

WithOneDriveFilesOn-Demand,youcangettoallyourfilesinOneDriveorSharePointOnline,withouthavingtodownloadthemandusestoragespaceonyourdevice.

∙在OneDrive中开启“文件按需”

TurnonFilesOn-DemandinOneDrive

在Windows通知区域选择白色或蓝色“OneDrive”云图标。

SelectthewhiteorblueOneDrivecloudiconintheWindowsnotificationarea.

选择“设置”>

“根据需要下载文件以节省空间”。

SelectSettings>

Savespaceanddownloadfilesasyouusethem.

∙处理“文件按需”中的文件

仅联机文件

通过将文件设为仅联机来节省设备空间。

这些文件仅在连接到Internet时才可用，而不会占用计算机空间。
