@#@theaircraftengineconditionmonitoringsystemforacertaintypeofaircraftengineastheresearchobject,discussedtheenginestatemonitoringsystemdesignandimplementation,thispapermainlydiscussesthestatusmonitoringsystemoftheoveralldesign,systemsoftwareandhardwaredevelopmentandtestingandredundancydesign,andinthedesignofenginestatemonitoringsystem,introducedtheembeddedPC/104modules.Inordertomakethestatemonitoringsystemhasabetterscalabilityandadaptability,thesystemdesignedcanworkinthreeways:

@#@airborneoperationmode,dataplaybackmodeandgroundtestrunmode,throughthesewayforautomaticmonitoringofenginestateparameter,forthestateoftheenginetrendanalysis,faultdiagnosis,andastoprovidescientificbasisformaintenance.@#@Keywords:

@#@theengineconditionmonitoring;@#@PC/104;@#@Redundantdesign.@#@1.Theintroduction@#@Asthepowersourceoftheairplaneflight,aircraftengineresearchisaverycomplexprocess,theaircraftenginetestasthedevelopmentofthethreepillars(calculation,manufactureandtest),oneofitsimportanceisself-evident,itturnsout,mainlyconsistedofenginetest,ratherthanbycalculationandanalysis.Forthedevelopmentofanaircraftenginegroup,isflat,howwecandecidethehowdevelopedhorizontalengine.Foraircraftenginemanufacture,conditionmonitoringisanimportantexaminationmethodofengineperformance,byconditionmonitoringandtestingworkistoadjusttheengineperformanceandbreak-in,checkthemanufacturingoroverhaulquality,finallygivestheenginefactoryperformancereportpurpose,thereforetheaccurateandreliabletestmethodforstatemonitoringtoensurethequalityoftheenginehasthevitalsignificance.Asweallknow,theenginevibrationandhighnoiseintheprocessofworkandthestrongjammingsignal,allparameterstothevarietyofthemonitoringsystemputsforwardhigherrequirements.Especiallywiththeimprovementofengineperformance,real-timemonitoringoftheparametersneededforconditionmonitoringisbecomingmoreandmorepeoplecontinuetoexplorenewtestingtechnologyformanyyears,toadapttotheincreasinglydevelopmentofenginetesttechnologyrequirements.@#@1.Theconditionmonitoringsystemoveralldesign@#@Theconditionmonitoringsystemisdesignedforacertaintypeofturbofanengine,theenginemonitoringsystemoftheinputsignalispartofatotalof17analog,3road16wayswitchfrequencyandquantity,including17analog,3roadfrequencyquantitythroughthesignalconditioningcircuitintoastandardsignalconditioning,tolowerplacemachine;@#@Under16wayswitchquantityafteradoptingthelightintoamachine.Inthedataprocessingpartoftheneedforcontinuousmonitoringofstateparametersoftheengine,sointheneedforsignalprocessing,storageandtransmission,theuppermachineatthesametime,accordingtotheneedtoreceivethesignalinrealtimeandifsamplesvaluesmorethanitsupperandlowergivealarm,includingbuzzerlowerplacemachineandsuperordinationmachinescreenalarm;@#@PCthedatadisplaymodeincludingcurvedisplay,digitaldisplay,simulationtabledisplayandrecordthebrowsing;@#@Thedatacommunicationbetweenuppermachineandlowermachinewayusingserialcommunication.Inordertoimprovetheextensibilityandadaptabilityofenginestatemonitoringsystem,thesystemdesignedcanworkinthreeways:

@#@airborneoperationmode,dataplaybackmodeandgroundtestmode,includingairborneoperationmodecanbePC/104modulesseparatelyintheformoftheairbornelaunchduringtherealflighttest,becauseofthePC/104modules,smallvolume,highreliability,hightemperatureresistanceandresistancetoadverseconditions,welladaptedtotheflightenvironment,tothepartsoftheflightstateandparametersintheflightdetailsandaccurateacquisition,dataprocessingandatthesametime,allthedataarestoredinthesolidplate,inordertoperformdataplaybackandanalysisofengineperformanceinthefuture;@#@DataplaybackmodecanbekeptinaflighttestdatasenttothePCviaaserialportcommunication,PCreceivesthedatareal-timedisplay,includingusingdigitalwatchdisplaythedataintheformofclear,atthesametimealsotosimulateimage,intheformoftableofdata,andinadditionyoucanalsochoosetousedisplaymodewiththecurvewillbetestingthestateparameterofdynamicdisplay,andfinallytothereceiveddatastoredinharddisk;@#@Groundtestmethodsorganiccombinationoftheairborneplaybackmode,operationmodeanddatawillbecollectedintheprocessofenginetestparametersareprocessed,thenreal-timetransmittingthemviaaserialporttothePC[4],PCcandisplaythedatainrealtimeagainatthesametimetosave
