Differentmeasurementsweretakenofthepatientseachweek,includingbodymassindex(指标)foodandexercisediaries,etc.torecordtheirprogress.Inaddition,full-bodyphotographsweretakeneachweek,whichprovedtobeverymotivatingandakeyfactorinpatientscompletingthefullprogram.

Overthecourseofthesixteen-weekprogram,afullninetypercentofpatients,agedbetween16and72,sawthetreatmentthroughtotheend,withseventypercentsuccessfullymeetingtheirweightlossaims.Amongthosemonitored,onemeasurementprovedparticularlymotivating:
