◆第一部分，某些运动员由于过去取得优异的比赛成绩或是未来具备很大的潜力，我们提前在这些人中挑选国家队运动员。
挑选完后，再进行后两轮部分来挑选剩下的运动员：
◆“Firstround”-selectionbasedoninternationalresults.Thisisbasedonworldranking,butinordertobeeligibleforthefirstround,sailersmusthaveachievedacertainstandardataninternationalevent.Thisistopreventweaksailersfrombeingabletoqualifyfortheteamjustbycompetinginmanyevents.
◆第二部分“第一轮”－基于国际比赛成绩。
该轮筛选基于世界排名。
但是，并不是积分排名靠前的运动员就一定能取得进入国家队的资格。
运动员在国际比赛中的成绩必须要达到一定标准。
如此规定的目的是防止实力较弱的运动员通过多次参加国际比赛，累计积分来取得该资格。
◆“Secondround”-ifwedonotfilltheavailablespacesintheteamfromthefirstround,wewillselectbasedonresultsatthe2017ClassWorldChampionships.
◆第二部分“第二轮”－如果通过第一轮的筛选，国家队运动员的名额依然有剩余，我们会根据2017年单级别世锦赛的比赛成绩来筛选剩下的运动员。
1.2Generalstandardsfor470andRS:

X运动员的一般标准
1.2.1InordertobeeligibleforthefirstroundofselectiontotheNationalTeam,anathletemusthaveachievedoneofthefollowingstandardsatleastoncein2017（the“InternationalPerformanceStandard”）:
运动员想要通过第一轮的筛选就取得的进入国家队的资格，他们必须要在2017年度的比赛中满足以下几项标准（我们称之为“国际表现标准”）；
●Top10（top15forasailorbornin1992orlater）inaWorldCup,EuropeanChampionship,WorldChampionshiporEurosafRegattawith30ormoreparticipants;
or
●在比赛人数达到30或以上的世界杯赛、欧洲锦标赛，世界锦标赛或欧洲帆联比赛中获得前10的名次（1992或之后年出生的运动员须获得前15的名次）；
●Top3inaWorldCuporEurosafRegattaifthereare29-10participants,morethan5MNA;
●或者是在比赛人数少于或等于29名大于10名的世界杯或欧洲帆联比赛中取得前3的名次，但参赛国家和地区必须大于等于5个。
1.2.2AllsailorswhowishtobeeligiblefortheNationalTeammustsignacontractcommittingtocampaignforthe2020OlympicGamesandrespecttherulesoftheNationalTeam.
所有想获得国家队资格的运动员必须签署合同，表明自己致力于参加2020年奥运会，尊重并遵守国家队的各种制度和计划安排，不受省市队伍训练干扰。
1.3SpecificRulesforIndividualClasses
对各级别项目的具体规定
⏹470Women:
3teams，after2018ISAFWorldsreduceto2teams；
女子470：
3条船，2018年国际帆联世锦赛后减为2条；
-The“InternationalPerformanceStandards”don’tapplyforthe470WomenClass.
“国际操作标准”不适用于女子470级别
-Firstround:
First2ChinateamsattheWorldISAFrankingonthe15August2017.
首轮：
截止到2017年8月15日在世界帆联排名前两名的中国队伍
-Secondround：
A3rdboatthatwillnotbeinthetop2ChinateamsattheWorldISAFrankingonthe15ofAugust2017.
-第二轮：
第三条船，其不属于截止到2017年8月15日世界帆联排名前两名的中国队伍
Inorderfora3rdboattobequalifiedintheNationalteam,thisboatwillhavetobeinthetop15atthe2017WorldChampionship.
第三条船能够参赛的资格是其必须在2017年世界锦标赛中排名前十五中。
Ifno3rdboatfinishinthetop15atthe2017WorldChampionship,a3rdboatwillbeselectedbythe470HeadNationalCoachandtheSecretaryGeneralbasedonpastresultsand/orfuturepotential.
如果没有第三条船能够进入2017年世界冠军赛中排名前十五，那么则由470总教练和秘书长基于过去的成绩及潜力选择第三条船。

两条船
First2ChinateamsintheWorldISAFrankingat15August2017thatmeettheInternationalPerformanceStandard.
-第一轮：
在2017年8月15号前在国际帆联世界排名中挑选两条排名靠前且必须符合“国际表现标准”的运动员；
iftherearenot2teamsthatmeettheInternationalPerformanceStandard,placeswillbefilledbythetopfinishersatthe2016NationalGames
如果名单中没有两名/组运动员靠前且必须符合“国际表现标准”，国家队运动员名额将按照2017年470世界锦标赛排名递补。
⏹RS：
X Women:
6athletes，after2018ISAFWorldsreduceto3sailors
⏹RS:
X女子：
6名运动员，2018年国际帆联世锦赛后减为3名运动员
2athletes:
两名运动员：
-Chen Peina automatically qualified because of Olympic medal（ProvidedthatshemeetstheInternationalPerformanceStandardwithinthenext1years）.
-陈佩娜由于获得上届奥运会奖牌，自动获得国家队运动员资格。
但是她必须在18年5月31日前开始恢复奥运会备战，同时在接下来1年内的国际比赛中至少有一场必须满足“国际表现标准”；
如达不到该要求，1年后自动退出国家队。
-.TomhastherighttoreserveoneQuotatochoosethesailorinhisopinion,butthissailorshouldmatchtheInternationalPerformanceStandardinatleastoneregattabeforetheendof2018,ifnot,thissailorshouldleaveautomatically.（ThisquotagoestoSunJiali.）
-
-保留一个名额给Tom，Tom可以自行选择他认为最有潜力的运动员参加国家队集训（Tom已经决定将该名额给孙佳莉），但是该队员必须在2018年底前的国际比赛中至少有一场必须满足国际表现标准；
如达不到该要求，自动退出国家队。

在2017年10月15号前在国际帆联世界排名中挑选两名排名靠前且必须符合“国际表现标准”的运动员；
-Second round：
iftherearenot2teamsthatmeettheInternationalPerformanceStandard,placeswillbefilledbythetopfinishersatthe2017RS:
XWorlds.
如果名单中没有两名运动员靠前且必须符合“国际表现标准”，国家队运动员名额将按照2017年帆板世锦赛排名递补。
