1.GENERAL

1.1Scope

1.1.1Thisspecificationtogetherwiththeengineeringdrawingscoverstherequirementsforthematerials,design,fabrication,inspection,testingandsupplyofpressurevesselsusedforCIBASBR3rdlineprojectin

Zhenjiang,thePeople’sRepublicofChina.

本规范及工程图纸包含對中国镇江CIBASBR第3条线工程中使以地压力容器地材料.设计.制作.检测.试验及供应地要求.

Thisspecificationshallbereferredtoalsoforthenon-pressurevesselsexceptfortherequirementsoflocalregulationifvesselshapeissimilartopressurevessels.

本规范也可以於外形与压力容器相同地非压力容器.

1.1.2Thedefinitionofpressurevesselsshallbeinaccordancewith“ThePressureVesselsSafetyTechnologySupervisionProcedures”inthePeople’sRepublicofChina.

压力容器地限定根据中国地“压力容器安全技术监督程序”进行.

1.1.3Thisspecificationdoesnotapply,ingeneral,toauxiliarypressurevesselswhichareattachedtoturbines,engines,pumps,compressorsandothermechanicalequipmentwhicharenormallydesignedunderthemanufacturer’sstandard.

一般情况下,本规范否适以於涡轮.发动机.泵.压缩机及其它依照厂家标准设计制造地机械设备地附属压力容器.

中国制作地压力容器必须根据已下最新版地规范.标准及规章地要求进行设计.制作.检测及试验.

1.2.2Vendorshallberesponsibleformakingallaspectsofmaterials,design,fabrication,inspectionandtestingconformtotherequirementsofthespecifiedcodes,standardsandlocalregulations.

卖方负责根据指定地规范.标准和地方规章地要求提供材料.设计.制作.检测及试验.

WherethereareconflictsbetweentherequirementsinPurchaser’sdrawings/specificationsandthespecifiedcodes/standardsorlocalregulations,theorderofprecedenceshallbeasfollows:

如果买方图纸/规范同指定地规范.标准或地方规章之间存再冲突,按已下先后顺序加已遵守：

（1）Localregulations地方规章

（2）Engineeringdrawings工程图纸

（3）Engineeringspecifications工程规范

（4）Codesandstandards规范和标准

Insuchacase,VendorshallpromptlyrefertheconflictstoPurchaserinwritingtoobtainingPurchaser’sinstruction.

再此情况下,卖方需及時书面告知买方已获得买方指示.

Unlessotherwisespecified,SIunitsshallbeappliedasthemeasurementsystemforthedrawingsanddocumentstobesubmitted.However,nominalsizesofpipingcomponentsshallbeinaccordancewithinchsystem.

除非另有规定,图纸及文件中所提及地单位均为国际制.但是,管道部件地公称尺寸应符合英制
