Itisimportantthatusersentertheirnameexactlyastheyareknown.Itisnotunusualforvariationsinspellingtocauseduplicateentriesinthedatabase.

PossibleOutcomeofDuplicateUserTest

Ifamatchisfound（i.e.,presenceofduplicates）,theuserwillnotbeabletoproceedwiththeRegistration.Theusermayopttoreceiveane-mailcontainingtheUsernameandPasswordassociatedwiththee-mailaddressthatisalreadyinthesystem.

Usersshouldclickon‘Yes’iftheycouldalreadyberegistered.Iftheuseriscertainthatheorsheisnotalreadyregistered,heorsheshouldclickon‘No’.Thesystemwillthenpresentthe‘Registration’page,whichprovidesanoptiontochangeFirstName,LastName,E-MailAddressorallthreefields.
