Abstract
Insocialistmarketeconomycondition,theconstructionenterpriseconstructiontask,especiallyinthecurrentintheconstructionmarket,mustthroughthecompetitiontoobtain.Theconstructionenterpriseshallobtainreasonableconsumptioncompensationandnecessaryprofitconvergingimportant,andaconstructionenterprisecostmanagementandcontrolisdirectlyrelatedtotheenterprisesurvival,especiallyfortheupsanddownsoftheengineeringprojectmanufacturingcostsconstitutesadirectcostmanagementandcontrolisespeciallyimportant,becausethedirectfee,otherdirectfee,on-sitefunds,accountingfortotalengineeringcostabout80%—90%,thereforeengineeringcostmanagementandcontrolisthecorebusinessmanagementwork.Howeverconstructionenterprisetotheprojectcostcontrolandmanagementconsciousnessweak,alsoletourengineeringfieldsofdevelopmentbycertaindegreeofrestriction.
Basedonthisphenomenonfirstoftheconstructionenterpriseprojectcostcontrolandmanagementofthemaincontentsandcharacteristicssystematicallydiscussedandanalyzed,Then,basedontheconstructionenterpriseprojectcostmanagementcharacteristicsandmaincontent,fromquotationmechanismandcostcontrolandclaimsmanagement,analyzesthecurrentthreeaspectsofconstructionenterpriseproblemsexistedintheprojectcostmanagement;
Then,respectivelyfromtheprojectbidding,theconstructionandcompletionoftheconstructionenterprisesettlementthreestagesofprojectcostcontrolandmanagementarediscussedindetailanalyzed;
Finally,theconstructionenterpriseprojectcostcontrolandmanagementsystematicallysummarized,andputforwardhisspecificcountermeasurestosolvetheseproblems.
