ABSTRACT
Wateristhesourceoflife,watersupplynaturalrelationstothepeople'
slivelihoodimportantpoint,watersupplythatnotonlymeetsindustrialwater,andalsotomeetthewaterforliving,agriculturalwaterandsoon,ofwhichthemostimportantisthewaterforliving,eachcitymediumsmallwaterworksisthedirectsourceofthelifeinthewater,waterqualitytermofnotonlyaffectsthequalityofthewater,themorerelationshiptopeople'
slifesafety,sothewaterinthewaterintermplaysveryimportantrole,mostofthewaterbeforeviewingusingartificialcontrol,notonlyarduous,andtheintensityoflabor,laborefficiencyislow,thewaterqualityalsoisverydifficulttoguarantee,therefore,viewingofwaterautomationreconstructionhasputforwardisverybenecessarythings.......
Atthebeginningofdesign,networkfromthecurrenttermofwaterworksisgenerallyusedtofiltermethod,andthedeficiency,buteachkindofmethodisnotperfect,andonlythroughcontinuousimprovement,tograduallyachievetheoptimizationdesign.
ThisdesignfromviewingawatercontrolsystemminimumcontrolrequirementsandcontroltechnologyofthedesignbasedonPLCcontrolsystemofwaterworksponds,andintheprocessofviewinganormalfilter,inordertorealizeconstantwaterlevelfiltering,designedfortheflowofwateroutoftheliquidlevelcontrolparametersforviewingthePIDcontrolsystem.Andinthesystemtoreceivetoreversewashsignal,thissysteminthedesignishowtobetterandPLCcontrolthePLCcoordinatedcontroltermofreversewashschemecomparisonandoptimization,strengtheningthecontroloftheideaofclarity,achievetheexpectedeffectofcontrol.Accordingtothesystem'
scontrolrequirements,thehardwareequipmentselection,designthehardwareofcontrolsystemconfigurationchart,I/Omodulesthewiringdiagram,andwritetorealizethecontrolalgorithmprocedures.
