8.GUARANTEEOFQUALITY/INSPECTION:

TheSellerguaranteesthatthecommodityhereofiscompleteOriginalsparepartsforgeophysicalequipmentmadebythebestmaterialswithfirstclassworkmanship,brandnewandunused,andcompliesinallrespectswiththequality,performanceandspecificationsstipulatedinthiscontractandconformstothetechnicalmanualsofthecommoditiescontracted.Shouldthequalityandspecificationsofthegoodsbenotinconformitywithcontract,theBuyerreservestherighttocancelthecontractandtoclaimagainsttheSellerforalloflossesarisingtherefrom.

9.SHIPPINGADVICE:

TheSellershall,immediatelyuponthecompletionoftheloadingofthegoods,advisebyfax/telextheBuyeroftheContractNo.,commodity,quantity,invoicedvalue,grossweight,nameofvesselanddateofsailing,etc..Ifanypackageofwhichtheweightisabove9metrictonsanddimensionsreachorexceed12metersinlength,2.7metersinwidthand3metersinheight,theSellershalladvisetheBuyeroftheweightandmeasurementofeachpackage.Thedetailofinflammableanddangerousgoodsifany,shallalsobeindicated.IncasetheBuyerfailstoarrangeinsuranceintimeduetotheSellernothavinginformedintime,alllossesresultingthereforshallbebornebytheSeller.

10.CLAIMS:

Within90daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatdestination,shouldthequality,specifications,orquantitybefoundnotinconformitywiththestipulationsofthecontract,theBuyershallhavetherighttoclaimforreplacementwithnewgoods,orforcompensation,andalltheexpenses（suchasinspectioncharges,freight,insurancepremium,storageandloadinga
