领导班子述职述德报告

一、四项主要工作实绩
本人主要负责科技局的人才引进、地震工作，分管信息、策应扶持、业务理论学习等工作。
2020年9月，抽调至耿车循环经济产业园管委会工作。
1、拟定地震应急预案。
为高效、有序应对突发地震事件，最大限度地减轻地震灾害，依据《区破坏性地震应急预案》，结合本局工作实际，拟定了区地震局地震应急预案，较好地履行区地震局在本区地震应急响应中的职责。
2、做好文字材料撰写工作。
克服产业园人少事多的实际困难，做好文稿起草工作，完成各级领导调研汇报材料、工作计划、工作方案等材料起草，共撰写了40多篇文字材料。
全力做好各项会议和重要活动的筹划、准备、布置和落实。
年内，共接待冯岩副市长、华志明副主席、李书记、卞区长等各级领导、客商调研、参观20多批次，均圆满完成任务。
3、做好产业园对外宣传工作。
利用耿车镇政府网站设置"循环产业园"专栏，放置各类图片、文字材料，强化加循环产业园区的对外宣传。
拟定产业园招商方案和宣传工作方案，邀请日报、晚报、区新闻中心记者多次到产业园采访、调研，从不同侧面、不同角度宣传产业园建设的总体规划和构想。
4、加强对日常工作的规范管理。
根据管委会领导的要求，将年度各项工作任务按部门职责逐项分解、责任到人，建立了管委会绩效考核机制，年终进行考核总结，实现了目标责任制的部署、监督、考核的三统一。
同时拟定出台管委会首问负责、限时办结、内务管理、公车使用登记等工作制度。
由于受目前办公条件限制，现管委会办公场所较为简陋，办公室及时与耿车镇相关领导联系，配置必要的办公设备和生活设施，设置制度牌、去向告知牌，加强办公场所规范管理，确保营造一个良好、舒适的办公环境。
二、品行修养、理论学习和廉政建设三项表现
1、品行修养
本人在工作生活中能够始终保持理论上的清醒、思想上的活力和信念上的坚定。
不断加强思想道德修养，讲操守，重品行，严格廉洁自律，时刻保持清醒头脑。
做到自重、自省、自警、自励，严格规范自己的行为，积极进行自我批评、自我教育，牢记机关干部必须严格遵守的纪律和要求。
做到慎独，虚心向道德模范学习，自觉履行法定义务、社会责任、家庭责任，运用榜样的力量推动个人修养上层次，上水平。
2、理论学习方面
为了尽快进入不同角色，自己利用不同的时间，结合本职工作，有针对性地学习了各级党委有关党的建设、政策规定等方面的相关文件，领导讲话和专业知识读本，坚持用科学发展的观点指导工作，自觉维护科技局领导班子的和谐统一。
工作生活中，能够根据工作需要收集、积累有关业务工作的资料。
通过不同形式的学习有效地提高了自身的政策理论水平和业务工作能力，为更好地开展工作奠定了理论和思想基础。
3、廉政建设方面
本人能够严格按照上级要求，做到勤俭节约，勤政廉洁，洁身自好，清白做事。
在任何时候、做任何事情，都不搞以权谋私、假公济私、钱权交易而伤害国家和人民群众的利益。
能够坚持求真务实、言行一致的工作作风，不追求个人名利，在工作中坚持说真话、办实事，不弄虚作假、敷衍塞责，注重实效，不搞形式主义。
三、最不满意的一项工作和急需提高的一个方面能力

耿车循环经济产业园所报送的信息质量有待提高，被省市级部门采用率不高。

本人目前在耿车循环经济产业园党政办工作，急需提高与各部门间综合协调能力。
