Abstract

Businessisthefoundationofthemarket.Itisactivelyinvolvedinmarketcompetitionforitsindependentoperationandinterestsofthemainbody.Strengtheninginternalfinancialcontrolisanimportantwaytoimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprises.Therefore,howtoestablishandstandardizeenterpriseinternalcontrolsystem,andhowtostrengthentheinternalfinancialcontrolmechanism,andhowtoestablishascientificandapplicableinternalfinancialcontroldemonstrationsystem.Andthesethreeissuesareanurgentsubjectoncurrentbusinessmanagementreformanddevelopment.

CHAPTER1.Introduction.

1.1Researchbackgroundandresearchpurpose.

Intoday'sworld,theeconomic,politicalandculturalexchangesarebecomingmorefrequentandcloserbetweendifferentcountries,especiallyineconomicrelations.Therapiddevelopmentofeachcountrymakestheeconomicinstabilityinthisexpanding,andfinancialriskproblemssweeptheworld.So,howtoeffectivelycarryoutfinancialriskmanagementandfinancialcontrol,anditbecomeseachcountryandenterprisestostudytheproblem.

TajikistanislocatedinthesoutheasternpartofCentralAsia.ItisconnectedtoXinjiangintheeastandconnectedwithAfghanistaninthesouth.Itcoversanareaof143,100squarekilometersandisoneofthefoundingmembersoftheShanghaiCooperationOrganization.ItisalsothesmallestlandareainthefiveCentralAsiancountriesandisthelowestlevelofeconomicdevelopmentofacountry.Tajikistan'soverallagriculturaldevelopmentischaracterizedbylowoveralllevels,poorfoundationsandpoornaturalconditions.Therefore,theagriculturalproductsproducedbyTajikistancannotmeetthedomesticdemand,anditrelyonimportstomeettheneedsofthedomesticagriculturalmarket.Chinaisalargeagriculturalcountry,andithasalargenumberofproductionofagriculturalproductsandithasalargenumberofexports.Thisshowsthatthetwocountriesexistahugedifferencebetweentheagriculturalresourcesandmarketconditions,andthetwocountries.Andthisshowsthatthecomplementaritybetweenthetwocountriesintheagriculturaleconomy,andthetwocountrieshasaverybroadprospectsintheeconomicandtradecooperationbetweenthetwocountries.

Today,developingcountriesareexperiencingrapideconomicgrowth.However,enterprisesencounteredmanyconstraintsintheirownprogress,andtheirdevelopmentlevelofanti-riskcompaniesaredeclining,duetotheimpactofthefinancialcrisis.Therefore,thispaperseekstosolvethefinancialriskstrategybystudyingthefinancialmanagementofenterprisesandexplorethestatusquoofenterprisedevelopment.Sothatenterprisescangetlong-termandstabledevelopment.

1.2Researchcontentandresearchsignificance.

Tajikistanisanagriculturallydependentcountry,andmostofcompaniesthatareinagriculturalfieldaresmallandmediumenterprisesandtheirfinancialstrengthareweekandtheproductionefficiencyiscomparablylow,alsomanagementofthoseenterpriseslackofmodernagriculturalknowledge.ButthedemandandprofitfromTajikistanagriculturalproductarenotonlyderiveddomesticallybutalsoabroad,likeRussia,whichismainsourceofprofit,andpostsovietcountries.

Afterthe2008financialcrisisRussiansdomesticeconomysufferedseriousblowandimporttoRussiawasshrink,whichinturnaffectedTajikistanagriculturalenterprisesandleadingtotheeconomicaldownturnofTajikistan.DuringthisperiodothercountiesthatimportedagriculturalproductsfromTajikistanalsowereeffectedbythiscrisisandreducedtheirimportofagriculturalproducts,whichinturncreatedapressureontheagriculturalsectorofTajikistanandmostenterprisesinthisfieldfacedseriousfinancialproblems.Ownersofthosecompaniesseekbankruptprotectionandmostofthemwentbankrupt.Thisdownstreamofeconomicalsituationofagriculturalfieldwas,ononehand,theresultofmacroeconomicenvironment,andontheotherhand,duetothelackofproperandefficientcontrolofthissectorbythemanagementandthegovernment.

WiththisarticleIhopetodiscussandanalyzethefinancialproblemsthatenterprisesfaceduringfinancialcrisis,inexampleofTajikistanagriculturalenterprisesandrecommendaproperandeffectivefinancialmanagementtoforbidandprotectfromthefinancialrisksandtherisktogobankrupt.

Myresearchpaperisconcentratedonconductingresearchstudyonfinancialcontrolofsmallandmediumsizeenterprisesduringfinancialcrisis,whichIbelievehasacertaintheoreticalvalueforimprovingthefinancialmanagementabilityofsmallandmediumsizedenterprises.

Fromthepracticalperspective,agriculturalsectorisonethemostimportantfieldinTajikistan’seconomy,withthisresearchpaperIwillcomeupwithaproperrecommendationoffinancialmanagementofenterprisesduringfinancialcrisisandonhowtoimprovetheabilitytoresistriskofgettingintofinancialtroubleduringfinancialcrisis.
