It is actively involved in market competition for its independent operation and interests of the main body.Strengthening internal financial control is an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,how to establish and standardize enterprise internal co

14、ultural exchanges are becoming more frequent and closer between different countries , especially in economic relations.The rapid development of each country makes the economic instability in this expanding, and financial risk problems sweep the world.So, how to effectively carry out financial risk m

15、anagement and financial control,and it becomes each country and enterprises to study the problem.Tajikistan is located in the southeastern part of Central Asia. It is connected to Xinjiang in the east and connected with Afghanistan in the south. It covers an area of 143,100 square kilometers and is

16、one of the founding members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. It is also the smallest land area in the five Central Asian countries and is the lowest level of economic development of a country.Tajikistans overall agricultural development is characterized by low overall levels, poor foundatio

17、ns and poor natural conditions.Therefore, the agricultural products produced by Tajikistan can not meet the domestic demand,and it rely on imports to meet the needs of the domestic agricultural market.China is a large agricultural country, and it has a large number of production of agricultural prod

18、ucts and it has a large number of exports.This shows that the two countries exist a huge difference between the agricultural resources and market conditions,and the two countries.And this shows that the complementarity between the two countries in the agricultural economy,and the two countries has a

19、 very broad prospects in the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.Today, developing countries are experiencing rapid economic growth.However,enterprises encountered many constraints in their own progress, and their development level of anti-risk companies are declining,due to the

20、 impact of the financial crisis.Therefore, this paper seeks to solve the financial risk strategy by studying the financial management of enterprises and explore the status quo of enterprise development.So that enterprises can get long-term and stable development.1.2 Research content and research sig

21、nificance.Tajikistan is an agriculturally dependent country, and most of companies that are in agricultural field are small and medium enterprises and their financial strength are week and the production efficiency is comparably low, also management of those enterprises lack of modern agricultural k

22、nowledge. But the demand and profit from Tajikistan agricultural product are not only derived domestically but also abroad, like Russia, which is main source of profit, and post soviet countries.After the 2008 financial crisis Russians domestic economy suffered serious blow and import to Russia was

23、shrink, which in turn affected Tajikistan agricultural enterprises and leading to the economical downturn of Tajikistan. During this period other counties that imported agricultural products from Tajikistan also were effected by this crisis and reduced their import of agricultural products, which in

24、 turn created a pressure on the agricultural sector of Tajikistan and most enterprises in this field faced serious financial problems. Owners of those companies seek bankrupt protection and most of them went bankrupt.This downstream of economical situation of agricultural field was, on one hand, the

25、 result of macro economic environment, and on the other hand, due to the lack of proper and efficient control of this sector by the management and the government. With this article I hope to discuss and analyze the financial problems that enterprises face during financial crisis, in example of Tajik

26、istan agricultural enterprises and recommend a proper and effective financial management to forbid and protect from the financial risks and the risk to go bankrupt. My research paper is concentrated on conducting research study on financial control of small and medium size enterprises during financi

27、al crisis, which I believe has a certain theoretical value for improving the financial management ability of small and medium sized enterprises.From the practical perspective, agricultural sector is one the most important field in Tajikistans economy, with this research paper I will come up with a p

28、roper recommendation of financial management of enterprises during financial crisis and on how to improve the ability to resist risk of getting into financial trouble during financial crisis. 1.3 Research methods.1.Literature review: This part will provide theoretical basis for the research of this

29、paper through the research of financial control, financial control of small and medium enterprises and financial risk control derived from the research literature.2.Quantitative analysis: This part will collect the data about financial crisis, the Tajikistan small and medium enterprises financial da

30、ta, and quantitative analysis, to provide a reliable basis for the study of this paper.3.Case analysis: This part discusses the process that will be combined with the specific case of enterprise analysis, to explore its financial control problems and causes, to provide a practical basis for the stud

31、y of this paper.4.Interview: In this part I will interview some people in charge of individual local agricultural processing enterprises in the research process, understand the financial system and the financial management of the company, this will provide further information on writing of this arti
