ThefirstMcDonald’srestaurantwasadrive-inventureopenedbyRichard"Dick"McDonald（February16,1909-July14,1998）andMaurice"Mac"McDonald（diedin1971）in1940whichonlysoldhamburgersandFrenchfries.

In1954,RayKroc,partneredwiththebrothers,andwithinafewyearsturnedtheirsmallrestaurantintoahugefranchise（特许经营企业）thatwouldlaterbecometheMcDonald'sCorporation

AlthoughKrocturnedMcDonald'sintoaglobalgiant,itsguidingprinciplesremainedlargelyunchangedfromthosetheMcDonaldbrothershaddevisedin1948.Theworld’slargestMcDonald’sisinVinita,Oklahoma.

WaltDisneyCompany:

Itwasformerly（1929—1986）knownasWaltDisneyProductions.ItisanAmericancorporationthatwasthebest-knownprovideroffamilyentertainmentinthe20thcentury.Itisgettingevenmorepopularnow.

WalterEliasDisney:
