爬架安全技术交底
安全技术交底LJA4—1

操作平台、主框架、底部桁架、提升块、导向轮的安装交底内容:
一、操作平台
1、操作平台采用钢管搭设，底部铺设50cm厚木板，防止架体下沉;架体
2宽度0（9米，内排杆距离结构30cm。
承受荷载大于2KN,m。
其水平度应在2cm之内。
二、主框架
1、主框架安装后其垂直度要保证20mm,10m。
2、接头部位偏差?
2mm。
三、底部桁架
1、底部桁架是重要的承重构件之一;组对完毕后将其垂直、水平度调整合格后，拧紧所有连接螺栓。
02、悬挑部位端头应以主框架为中心里外成对称设置斜拉杆，其夹角?

扣件拧紧力矩控制在40—60N.m。
3、内排应以主框架为中心对称设置斜拉杆，防止架体下沉。
四、提升块
提升块安装在主框架下端，将提升块由轨道中心穿入，提升块的孔与轨道孔相吻合，插入承力销杆，用8#铁丝从销杆端头孔穿过折弯，防止销杆脱落。
五、导向轮
导向轮是架体升降过程中重要的构件之一，有效防止架体外倾。
转轴部位定期加油，以保证其灵活性。
六、安全注意事项:
1、施工期间，定期对架体及爬架连接螺栓进行检查，如发现连接螺栓脱扣或架体变形现象，应及时处理
2、对架体上的杂物、垃圾、障碍物要及时清理。

预埋、支座、导向架
交底内容:
一、预埋件
1、预埋件采用DN50mmPVC管，预埋件应与钢筋用铁丝绑牢，防止错位;
2、合模前，要检查管的两端是否封严，有无错位，不合格须调整;
3、保证水平标高与垂直度，临近两层垂直偏差不大于20mm;
4、如果超出精度要求，必须调整后在安装支座。
二、支座
1、支座背板必须满贴结构，穿墙螺栓采用T38螺栓，拧紧后螺杆伸出螺母长度不少于5个丝扣或30mm;
2、上、中、下三个支座垂直偏差累计?
20mm
三、导向架
导向架与支座连接采用M20标准螺栓（或D20X230支座传销），拧紧后螺杆伸出螺母长度不少于5个丝扣。
四、支座穿销
1、穿销安装后须用8#铁丝由端头孔穿过以防止穿销脱出;
2、并保证承重销和防坠销都安装上。
五、拉杆（设计有斜拉杆的）
1、拉杆是钢梁部支座重要的承重构件，必须保证其安装的安全性;
2、上端头与结构件用销轴固定，下端与钢梁连接部位销轴要吻合;
3、调节拉杆的调节丝扣，使调节杆受力;
六、安全注意事项:

导轨式多功能爬架的升降（十二至十三层）交底内容:
一、爬架升降过程中，总的要求是:
责任到人，人到位，尽其职，负其则。
二、参加操作的人员必须经过培训并持证上岗，进行安全、技术交底。
三、升降前、后要进行检查（具体项目详见爬架升降前、后检查记录）。
四、挂上电动葫芦、安装提升块、预紧电动葫芦，以链条吃力为准;链条不允须有扭曲、翻链现象。
五、将防坠器安装在防坠支座上。
六、确认电控系统正常、所有障碍物清除后，操作人员按分工就位，统一指挥，进行架体升降。
七、加强升降过程中的检查:
1、检查架子高度变化，保持其同步性，当高差大于30mm时，停止爬升，通过点控架体调平;
2、检查挂葫芦的支座有无明显变形;
3、检查电动葫芦运转是否正常，链条有无扭曲、翻链现象;
4、检查导轨与导向架有无刮、碰现象。
八、架体升降到位后，安装好承重销、调节顶撑和防坠销。
九、安装第三个支座，防止架体外倾;如果模板未及时拆除或无法安装时，可用钢管将外架与满堂架拉结。
十、爬架加固完毕、投入使用前，应检查下列项目:
1、支座穿销是否安装到位，穿墙螺栓是否紧固;
2、所有连接螺栓的螺母是否紧固;
3、临边防护是否妥当。
十一、安全注意事项:
1、当附着升降脚手架预计停用超过一个月时，停用前采取加固措施。
2、每次提升，使用前都必须对穿墙螺栓进行严格检查，如发现裂纹或螺纹损坏现象，必须予以更换。

爬架的使用、保养（十二至十三层）
交底内容:
1、架体无内外倾斜、下垂变形现象，各种杆件搭设应符合要求。
架体之间连接可靠。
2、支座背板要满贴结构，连接螺杆要拧紧。
3、安装好承重和防坠销及调节顶撑。
4、架体顶部和下部如有晃动，应与建筑物连接，架体底部全部密封。
5、安全立网铺设严密并绷紧，脚手板应满铺无漏空，无松动现象。
6、翻板与脚手板连接牢固，无松动，踢脚板高度一致，绑扎牢固。
7、遇五级以上（包括五级）大风时还应事先对爬架采取必要的加固措施或其他应急措施（用钢管将架体同结构拉接或拆除部分安全网以卸风载），并撤离架体上的所有施工活荷载。
2228、使用工况下3X2KN,M或2X3KN,M;升降工况下0.5KN,M，且不允许使用动荷载。
不得使用体积较小而重量过重的集中荷载。
9、禁止下列违章作业:
A、随意拆除脚手架部件和穿墙螺栓;
B、起吊构件时碰撞或扯动脚手架;
C、在脚手架上拉结吊装缆绳，在脚手架上安装卸料平台;
D、在脚平架上推车;利用脚手架吊重物;
E、利用架体支撑模板。
10、电动葫芦的表面要用帆布或塑料布包封，以免杂物掉入，链条要定期加油以免生锈（一般为每星期加一次）;搬运时要轻拿轻放，以免碰坏影响正常使用。
11、电控箱要配置干粉灭火器。
12、防坠器要保持清洁，并定期加油保证制动灵敏。
13、升降设备、控制柜、专用配电箱应有防雨、防尘等措施。
控制柜应专人负责操作，并应有安全防护措施，禁止闲杂人员动用;电控柜与电葫芦之间连接的电缆线要经常检查，插头、插座有损坏要立即更换。
14、架体升降到位并固定后，将架体与结构主筋连接以防雷击。

5、当附着升降脚手架停用超过一个月或遇六级以上大风后复工时，必须安要求进行检查。
6、螺栓连接件、升降动力设备、防倾装置、防坠装置、电控设备等应至少每月维护保养一次。
7、遇五级以上大风、大雨、大雪、浓雾等恶劣天气时禁止进行国力牌多功能爬架升降和拆卸作业。
并应事先对爬架架体采取必要的加固措施或其他应急措施。
如将架体上部悬挑部位用钢管和扣件与建筑物拉结，以及撤离架体上的所有施工活荷载等。
夜间禁止进行爬架的升降作业。
