  Theissuenow,Hendelessays,isthatpharmaceutical-gradeCFCsareinshortsupply,andthepublicfacestheriskofashortageofalbuterolinhalersiftheFDAdoesnotcontinuepromotingtheproductionofHFAinhalers.HepositsthatevencostsofgenericswouldgoupasCFCsbecomescarcer.Grossdisagrees,sayingthattheinhalershortageandtheclosureofCFCmanufacturingplantsarearesultoftheban.
