Abstract

Itispreciselybecauseoftherespectandpersistenceofthe"craftsmanspirit"thatmanyfamousenterprisesinthesecountrieshaveemerged.Accordingtoreports,companieswithalifespanofmorethan200yearsworldwide,Japan.Thereare3146,thelargestnumberintheworld,and837inGermany.Thespiritofcraftsmanshipisapersistentattitudetowork,aresponsibleattitudetotheproduct,extremeattentiontodetail,andconstantpursuitofperfectionandextremes.Thesecretoflongevityinenterprisesisthattheyallhaveavaluable"artisanspirit",soitisparticularlyimportanttocultivate"artisanspirit".

Themodeofcultivationofcraftsmeninuniversitylibraryshouldbe"top-down"implementationprocess,theupperisthegovernmentlevel,themiddlelevelistheuniversitylibrarylevel,thelowerlevelistheuniversitylibrarylibrarianlevel.Atthegovernmentlevel,thereisanatmosphereinwhichartisanscancultivatetheirspirit.Collegelibrarylayersprovidespecificobjectiveconditionsforcultivatingthespiritofartisans.Librariansalsoneedtoprovidetheinternaldrivetocultivatethespiritofartisans.

TheConstructionofanInnovativeUniversityLibraryNeedsStrongSupportfromtheCraftsmanSpirit

Thecraftsman'sspiritisnamedafterthe"artisan"andcanbeconcentratedintheartisanalcommunity.Butitisnotuniquetoartisans,butforallwalksoflifewith"rigorousfocus,attentiontodetail,excellence,dedication,"thequalityofsuchpeoplehavetheexcellentspirit.InnovativeLibraryreferstoalibrarydevelopmentmodeldrivenbyinnovationundertheconditionofknowledgeeconomy.Itevolvesfromthedevelopmentandevolutionoftraditionallibraryanddigitallibrary.Itistheinteractionbetweenknowledgeeconomyandinformationtechnology,afusionoflibraryevolution.

Asanimportantplaceforseniorpersonneltrainingandscientificresearch,collegesanduniversitiesneedthedevelopmentofinnovativebusinessestomeettheneedsofteachersandstudentsinteachingandresearch.Therefore,itisonlytheuniversitylibrarianshavethespiritofartisanscanthemtobuildinnovativeuniversitylibrary.Firstofall,thespiritualqualityoflibrariansincollegesanduniversitiesdeterminesthequalityandleveloftheirlibrarianship.Toachievethepurposeofaninnovativelibrary,wemustconstantlyrevolvearoundthespiritofcraftsmen,traininglibrariansontherelevantknowledge（includinglibraryexpertiseandbackgroundinformationobject）continuouslearningandpromotion,toachievethepointofexcellence,loveonthepostDedicatedtothejob,rigorousfocusonthework,attentiontodetail,daretoupgradethelevelofinnovationandservicetocollegesanduniversitiesandevencommunities.Therefore,thetrainingofuniversitylibrarylibrariancraftsmanshipisconducivetopromotingtheconstructionofinnovativeuniversitylibrary.Second,theinnovativelibrarymustbearesearch-basedlibrary.Themainbodyofthelibraryshouldalsobealibrarianwhohasresearchabilityinacertainfieldandhastheabilitytocreateresearch-gradeliteratureinformation.Onlylibrarypersonnelwithresearch-Notrigidlyadheretothetraditionalservices,toresearch-gradereaderstoplaytheroleofinformationnavigation,inordertobeabletolibraryandliteratureinformationintheforefrontofalargearea.Asweallknow,collegesanduniversitiesaretheplaceswhereresearch-leveltalents（collegeteachers）gather,andtransformingthemselvesintoresearch-basedinnovativelibrariesisanecessaryrequirementfortheirowninternaldevelopment.Therefore,thetimescallforcollegesanduniversitiestohaveresearch-basedinnovativeuniversitylibraries,whichinturnrequiretheirlibrarianstopossessthespiritofcraftsmanship.

CultivatingtheSpiritofArtisansinCollegesandUniversitiesNeedstheVigorousParticipationofUniversityLibraries

Themainservicetargetsofuniversitylibraryareundergraduates,teachersandadministratorsintheschool.Themainserviceoftheuniversitylibraryisborrowingbooks,retrievingandcheckinginformation,andsoon.Theuniversitylibrarycanplayanextremelyimportantroleinnurturingthespiritofuniversitycraftsman.

Firstofall,theuniversitylibrarycanprovideabundantteachingandlearningresourcesforthecultivationofartisanspiritintheprocessof"teaching"and"learning".Ontheonehand,universitylibrariescanensurethatteachersareprovidedwiththeteachingresourcesneededbycraftsmentonurturethem.Asre-processorsofknowledge,administrators,communicatorsandcollegelibrariansarefullycapableofprovidingteacherswithalargeamountofprofessionallyarrangedspiritualresourcesofcraftsmenandsavingalargeamountoftimefordocumentretrievalforteacherpreparation.Ontheotherhand,collegesanduniversitiesThelibraryalsoprovidesuniversitystudentswithreadingresourcescultivatedby"craftsmanship."Bookreadingisanimportantwaytocultivatethespiritofartisansincollegeandthewayofself-improvementbycultivatingthespiritofartisans.Therefore,aslongasthereasonableplanningoftheuniversitylibrary,itisentirelycapableofestablishingadatabaseofbookcounters,electronicvideosandaudiomaterialscultivatedbyartisans.Givefullplaytotheprofessionaladvantagesofuniversitylibrariesandmakeanimportantcontributiontothecultivationofcollegestudents'craftsmanship.

Second,theuniversitylibrarycancreateagoodinternalandexternalenvironmentforthecultivationofthespiritofstudentartisans.Ontheonehand,universitylibraryistheculturalcenterofcollegesanduniversities,isalandmarkbuildingofcollegesanduniversities.Intheinformationage,itcarriesnotonlythelonghistoryofauniversity,butalsothehumanisticspiritimbuedwiththisbuilding,makingitacollectionofnaturalaestheticandculturalaesthetics.[3]Theauthorbelievesthattheuniversitylibrarybuildingalsoemitsthespiritofartisancohesionofitsdesigners,builders.Intheprocessofdesign,constructionandmanagement,universitylibrariesemphasizehowtoeffectivelyattractcollegestudentsandcreateagoodhardwareenvironmentforlearning.Therefore,emphasizinginnovationinthedesignprocess,attentiontodetailintheconstructionprocess.Eventually,havingstudentsseethelibrarybuildingimmediatelyproducesashocktothecraftsman'sspirit.Ontheotherhand,thelibraryisnotonlythecoreofcampuscultureconstruction,butalsothecenterofculturaleducation,whichplaysanimportantroleinthecultivationofstudents'humanisticqualities.Itisanimportantforceforcultivatingthespiritofstudentartisans.[4]Therichlibraryandelectronicresourcesownedbyuniversitylibraries,especiallyhigh-qualitylibrarians,canalsodemonstratetherigorous,attention-to-detail,andimprovingcraftsmanshipoftheirabilitytohandleallkindsofresources.

Thespiritofuniversitylibraryartisansisnotonlyadedication,butalsoaservice-orientedinnovation.Thedevelopmentofthelibraryartisanspiritneedsthestafftoestablishacorrectoutlookonlife,values,beliefs,goodideologicalandmoralqualityandasoundpersonality.Agoodsocialandculturalenvironmentisasilentappealtopeople'sthoughtsandbehaviors.Itcaninfiltratethescientifictheories,ideasandperspectivesintopeople'sideologyandhelpthemtoformnobleideologicalandmoralqualitiesthatmeettherequirementsofsocialdevelopment.Adheretothecorrectdirectionofdevelopment.[5]Undertheinfluenceofextremeindividualism,moneyworshipandhedonism,people'soutlookonlifeandvaluesaremoreorlessdistorted,howtocreateagoodsocialatmospheretocultivatethespiritofcraftsmen,itisparticularlyimportant.

Theauthorbelievesthat,firstofall,thecentralandlocalgovernmentsatalllevelsshouldpurifythemediaenvironment.Ontheonehand,theyreportmoreaboutthecharactersordeedsthatreflectthecraftsmanshipfromtheperspectiveofpropaganda.Ontheotherhand,radio,televisionandmediaorganizationsatalllevelsshouldreduce,restrictandevenprohibitthebroadcastingofvulgarvarietyprograms.Onlyinthistrendofincreasing,decreasing,thepositiveenergyofsocietycanbepromoted,andthecultivationofartisanspiritcanformagoodsocialatmosphere.Second,governmentsatalllevelsshouldalsoguideandencouragethedevelopmentofcraftsmen'sspiritsinalltradesandprofessionsandevenestablishinstitutionsforcultivatingcraftsmanship.Theyshouldencourageenterprises,agenciesorindividualswithcraftsmanshipintermsofpolicies,financeandtaxation.Inshort,onlyatthegovernmentleveltocreateagoodatmospheretocultivatethespiritofartisans,thecultivationofthespiritofuniversitylibraryartisanswillhaveagoodsoilandclimate,havethefruitoffruitful.

Inadditiontothegovernmentneedstocreateagoodsocialatmospheretocultivatethespiritofcraftsmen,universitylibrariesalsoneedtocarryoutspecificplanningintermsofrulesandregulations,personneltraining,theonlywaytoprovidepracticalsupportforthecultivationofthespiritofuniversitylibraryartisans.
