5.1Loadingandpacking（keyprocedure）
1）Beforeequipmentshipping,engineeringdepartmentshallorganizeinspection,repairandmaintenanceforliftingequipment,slingsandhoiststoconfirmsafeshipping.Allequipmentnozzlesandpressuregaugesshallbeproperlyprotectedandnotdamagedduringhandlingandtransportation.
2）Beforeloading,cleanworksiteofcranesandshippingvehicles.Ifovertwocranesworkingtogether,theoperatorsarerequiredtoobeydirectionandcooperateclosely.Thespeedandriseofeverycraneshallbeequal.Loadofeverycraneshallnotexceeditsratedloadcapacity75%.
3）Whenpacking,skidproofobjects,suchasrubberandsleeper,arerequiredtofillbetweenequipmentandvehicle.Afterpacking,useropes,hoistsandshacklesformakingintowhole.Ifusebingingwaysforpacking,requiredfirmandcredible.
4）
Forthinnedwallequipment（suchascoldbox）,needtoaddasteelrackonshippingvehiclesandlaysteelplateontherackforenhancingcompressivestrength.（Detailedspecificationofthesteelrackseefigure2）
5）Allliftingequipmentshallbesuchthatitisnotpossibletodamagetheequipmentmaterialandpaintwork.
6）Coldboxlessthan15mistransportedwithouttrailerplateandsteelrack.
7）ColdboxZ401hasbeentransportedbyLISHENGcompany.
8）Whencoldboxpacking,shallpayspecialattentiontowallprotection.
9）Afterinspectionqualified,itshallbeconfirmedbysafetyandqualityinspectorsandthenshipped.
5.2Equipmentshipment（importantprocedure）
1）Duringshipping,drivershallcontrolthespeedseriously,keepslowspeedandacloseeyeonchangingtomakeconsiderationeasily.Averagespeedperhourshallbelimitedin20km/h.
2）Whenpasspiperack,shall“stop,observesandthenpassit.
3）Whenpasscrossingandturnthecorner,shallkeepcloseeyeonsurroundingsespeciallyhaveresearchonoverlongequipmenttomakepracticalplan.
4）Duringshipping,shallinspectwhetherequipmentisloose.Iffindproblem,shallmakeactiontoconfirmshippingquality.
5.3Equipmentunloading
Useoppositeorderofloadingandpacking.

Whenreturn,packallshippingapplianceandthenreturnoncomingways.
6Qualityassurancemeasure
6.1Inspectionbeforeshipping
1）Shallhavecompleteinspectionforshippedcomponent.Iffinddefects,shallgetintouchimmediately,aftermakemodificationandthenpermittopack.
2）Useshippingvehicles,cranes,liftingslings,hoists,shacklesandsteelwireafterinspectionqualified.
3）Whenpacking,shallmakenecessaryprotectionforpreventingpaintoffcausedbyropesandwires.
6.2Processcontrol
Engineeringdepartmentshallberesponsibleforprocessqualitycontrol.Shippingprincipalsshallfillrecordontimetoconfirmequipmentonsitewithoutdefects.
7HSEassurancemeasure
1）Liftingplans,equipmentliftrecordcardsandjobsafetyanalysisshallbecompiledinaccordancewiththeprocedures.AllsafetymattersshallbeinaccordancewiththeBCCsitesafetyplan.
2）AllpersonnelintositeshallwearPPEandsafetyhelmet.
3）Sleeperorsteelplateshallbefilledunderoutriggerfirmly.Whenworking,seriouslyimplement“Tenprohibition”.
4）Shallfillpipesheetorothersimilarprotectiononliftingpoint.
5）Liftershallchooseliftingslings,hoistsandshacklespracticallytoconfirmsafetyparameter;flagandsymbolwhistleshallbefullanddirectionsymbolshallbeclear.
6）Packequipmentfirmly.Haveinspectioninshippingfrequently.
7）Trailerdrivershallcontrolspeedseriouslywithaveragespeedin20kg/h.
8）Whenshipping,shallgettouchwithlocalrelevantunitsandtransportationdepartmentforconfirmingshippingroute,directingtransportationandinsuringsafeshipment.
9）Duringshipment,specialistshallbesenttosnagthebarricades（suchashighwire,roadestablishment,cornerandcrossing）
10）Whenpassunderhighvoltagewire,shallpayattentiontoinsulationprotectionofvehicles,equipmentandpersonnel.H.V.cablesmustbepowereddownandspecificpersonalarrangedtomonitor.
11）Foroverwideandoverlongequipment,setsignallampsandhangcautionflag.
12）Duringshipment,setexploringvehiclesandinstalldetectingpole20mm~40mmlongerthanoutsidesizeofshippedequipment.Specialistobservesitiffindproblem,notifythebackteamtostopimmediately.
13）Duringshipment,guardandsafetypersonnelmustfollowshipmentasassistant.
14）Noliftingshallbecarriedoutindarknessorthunderstorm.
