Ifyouhavepanicdisorder,youmightassumethatyouarehavingaheartattackifyourheartstartstorace.Thephysicalsymptomsofanxiety—apoundingheart,difficultybreathing,feelingdizzy—willthencomeoninarush.Everyonecanexperiencesuchpanicattacksfromtimetotime,butinpanicdisordertheattacksareregularandbecomeasourceofanxietythemselves.
