wouldrather宁愿而不愿;与其’倒不如,后常跟不带to的动词

不定式。

并与than连用。

其否定式negationtype为wouldrathernotdosth□如:

wouldrather也可跟从句clauses,且从句常用一般过去时simplepasttense。

prefertodo相当于ratherthando,意为“比较喜欢而不喜欢”。
