第1章工程概况与施工特点
1.1工程概况。
1.1.1工程简述。
工程名称:
220kV某某电站数字化改造项目施工。
建设单位:
供电局。
要求工期:
总工期为300天,计划开工日期2011年3月30日,竣工日期在2011年12月30日以前。
质量要求:
满足国家或电力施工验收规范,达到质量评级的合格标准和达标投产要求。
安全目标要求:
不发生人身死亡、重伤事故;不发生一般施工机械设备损坏事故;不发生一般火灾事故;不发生重大质量事故;不发生负同等责任以上的重大交通事故。
施工承包方式:
本工程采用施工总价承包方式,不转包、不分包。
建设地点:
变电站。
1.1.2工程规模。
本工程是在一次设备不变的情况下,对本侧110kV、35kV、10kV所有二次设备进行更换、安装及调试;110kV线等现场组屏配线并进行对侧间隔的升级与调试;完善110kV电气闭锁功能,包括安装、调试;35kV及10kV保护测控装置现场改造,配合进行开孔、安装;更换部分锈蚀严重的端子箱,包括相关的安装及调试工作;将本站所有集中组屏的电度表改接至户外智能汇控柜就地安装;35kV、10kV场地智能闭锁单元现场开孔及安装;完成10kV、35kV场地智能闭锁单元监控、五防安装;10kV高压室屏柜组屏安装;10kV交换机柜的安装;全站所有光缆的敷设和熔接以及主控室内地板更换。
1.2工程施工特点。
1.2.1由于本工程属于检修技改项目,其施工内容多为布新安装,所涉及的作业点及工序环节繁多,工作量也比较大。
1.2.2施工场地狭小,电气设备、机械设备、工器具多,起重、临电作业等施工工序复杂,设备物资及废旧箱板堆放集中,施工人员或管理稍有疏忽就有可能发生物体打击、机械伤害、触电、高空坠落等安全事故。
所以安全管理是施工过程中重要工作内容之一。
1.2.3站内土建和安装有多个工种交叉作业,现场总平面管理难度较大,需要投入一定的人力、物力来确保运输道路的畅通、场地的合理交叉使用及现场设施的完整。
1.2.4在工程施工期间要经历夏季高温和雨季,受气候影响较大,需采取季节性施工措施以及施工防暑等安全措施。
1.2.5施工地处于既有的220kV电站,具备良好的交通基础设施,为施工中的材料、设备运输提供了有利条件。
1.2.6临时设施及施工用水、用电:
(1)工程建设区位于22kV变电站内,可充分依托变电站原有的资源,施工期间的电源、水源由甲方就近引接到电表计量点,以满足施工需要。
电表后的线路由施工方装设,应满足施工安全用电相关
