ThebookwasmainlyaboutthelovestorybetweenCatherineandHeathcliff.Afterreadingthebook,Ithoughtalot.Asanorphan,Heathcliffstartedhislifemiserably.AfterbeingadoptedbyhomelessEarnshawhislifechanged.Soonafter,hefellinlovewithCatherine.TheywouldhaveledahappylifeifHeathcliffwerenotlookeddownuponbyCatherine’sbrother.Fortunately,bothHeathcliffandCatherinefoundtheirownloveintheend.

However,thereisstillsomethingIcannotfullyunderstand.Manypeopleintheworldaretryingtofindaperfectcompanion.Someofthemgetmarriedbutdon’tknowwhattheirnewwifeorhusbandislike.Thiskindofsituationoftenleadstoseparationorhostility,justlikeHeathcliffandhiswife,Esabella.WhenEsabellamarriedHeathcliff,shedidn’treallyknowHeathcliff,andaftershemarriedhimshefoundthatHeathcliffwasnotagentlemanatall.AnotherexampleofthisisthatCatherinemarriedEdgarLinton.Althoughshehadbeenhappyatthebeginningofthemarriagebecauseshethoughthavingpartiesallthetimewasgoingtobefun,afterawhile,shebecamebored.ShealsorealizedthatshelovedHeathcliffmorethanEdgarLinton,butatthattime,itwasnousetoregretatall.Becauseofthis,shelivedamiserablelifeanddiedaftershegavebirthtoherlittlebaby.Fromthesetragedies,weknowhowimportantitistochoosetherightsoulmatefromarightattitudetowardsmarriage.
