绪论
变电所担负着从电力系统受电，经过变压然后配电的任务。
车间变电所主要用于负荷大而集中、设备布置比较稳定的大型生厂房内。
车间变电所一般位于车间的负荷中心，可以降低电能损耗和有色金属的消耗量，并能减少输电线路上的电压损耗可以保证供电的质量。
因此，对这种车间变电所的设计技术经济指标要求比较高。
车间变电所是工厂供电系统的枢纽，在工厂里占有特殊重要的地位，因而设计一个合理的变电所对于整个工厂供电的可靠、经济运行至关重要。
本设计是从工程的角度出发，按照变电所设计的基本要求，综合地考虑各个方面的要素，对供电系统进行了合理的布局，在满足各项技术要求的前提下，兼顾运行方便、维护简单，尽可能地节省投资。
1．原始数据
1.1机加工厂一车间生产任务
本车间承担机修厂机械修理的配件生产。
1.2设计依据
①机加工一车间用电设备明细表，见表1-1。
②车间变电所配电范围。
a.一车间要求三路供电：
1～13，32～34为一路，14～31为一路，照明为一路（同二车间）。
b.车间变电所除为机加工一车间供电外，还要为机加工二车，铸造，铆焊，电修等车间供电。
c.其他个车间对参数和要求见表1-2。
