绪论
变电所担负着从电力系统受电,经过变压然后配电的任务。
车间变电所主要用于负荷大而集中、设备布置比较稳定的大型生厂房内。
车间变电所一般位于车间的负荷中心,可以降低电能损耗和有色金属的消耗量,并能减少输电线路上的电压损耗可以保证供电的质量。
因此,对这种车间变电所的设计技术经济指标要求比较高。
车间变电所是工厂供电系统的枢纽,在工厂里占有特殊重要的地位,因而设计一个合理的变电所对于整个工厂供电的可靠、经济运行至关重要。
本设计是从工程的角度出发,按照变电所设计的基本要求,综合地考虑各个方面的要素,对供电系统进行了合理的布局,在满足各项技术要求的前提下,兼顾运行方便、维护简单,尽可能地节省投资。
1.原始数据
1.1机加工厂一车间生产任务
本车间承担机修厂机械修理的配件生产。
1.2设计依据
①机加工一车间用电设备明细表,见表1-1。
②车间变电所配电范围。
a.一车间要求三路供电:
1~13,32~34为一路,14~31为一路,照明为一路(同二车间)。
b.车间变电所除为机加工一车间供电外,还要为机加工二车,铸造,铆焊,电修等车间供电。
c.其他个车间对参数和要求见表1-2。
