摘要

本设计分析消音器前盖冲压工艺,确定工艺方案及模具结构,论述了级进模的设计过程,同时还介绍了模具关键部位的结构设计,如:

凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、垫板、卸料板、弹簧、挡料销、导正销等。

模架采用标准模架,选用了合适的冲压设备。

设计中对工作零件和压力机规格均进行了必要的校核计算,实践证明:

模具结构合理,生产的零件符合要求。

Thisprojectanalysisdamperfrontcoverrammingcraft,thedefinitecraftplanandthemoldstructure,elaboratedtheleveltoentermold'sdesignprocess,meanwhileintroducedthemoldessentialspotstructuraldesign,forexample:

Theplunger,thelowerdie,theplungerdeadplate,thebackingstrip,unloadtheyardlumber,thespring,tokeepoffthematerialtosell,toleadaresellingandsoon.Thepouldframeusesthestandardpouldframe,hasselectedtheappropriaterammingequipment.Inthedesigncarriedontheessentialexaminationcomputationtotheworkcomponentsandthepressspecification,thepracticehadproven:
