Abstract:

alongwiththedevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnologyandglobaleconomicintegration,marketcompetitiveadvantageofretailenterprisesismoreandmoredependsonmodernlogisticsofspeed,cost,serviceandefficiency.Therefore,retailenterprisesneedtocontroltheprocessoflogistics,especiallythereasonableandeffectivemanagementofreverselogistics,inordertoimprovetheoperationefficiencyandobtainmorecompetitiveadvantage.Basedontheanalysisofretailingdevelopmentdilemma,onthebasisofreverselogisticsbystudyingthereasonsputforwardtheeffectivemanagementstrategy.

Thereverselogisticsmarketishuge,andbuildingsavingsocietyinChina,thesustainablescientificdevelopmentroad.Atpresent,China'slogisticsindustrydevelopmentisstillinarelativelybackwardlevel,thereverselogisticsisdevelopingslowly,manyretailenterprisestherearealotofblankforthedevelopmentofreverselogistics,butwhatiscertainisthatreverselogisticsisacanbeusedasaburdenbackflowintototheenterprisedevelopmentbringsinfiniteopportunities,intoday'sfiercecompetitionintheretailindustryisapowerfulweapon.

First,anoverviewofthereverselogistics

(a)theconceptofreverselogistics

1,thederivationofthereverselogistics

Theexplosivegrowthofpopulation,theexcessiveexploitationandconsumptionofnaturalresourcesandpollutantsemissionsingreatquantities,thecontradictionbetweenhumanandnature,tothesustainabledevelopmentofsocialeconomyandhumanformnewobstaclestoitsownsurvival.Inthissituation,inthe1980s,theconsensusaroundtheworld,putsforwardthestrategyof\"sustainabledevelopment\".Increasinglyfrequentwiththedevelopmentofeconomy,thelogisticsactivity,oneofthemanyactivitiesonthedestructionofthenaturalresourcesandecologicalenvironmentmoreandmoreserious,suchasexhaustgaspollution,noisepollution,wasteofresources,increasedtrafficcongestionandwaste,etc.,thesebehaviorsareconflictwithprinciplesoftheglobalsustainabledevelopmentstrategy.Asabigcountry,asahugeresourceconsumption,environmentalpollutionandseriouspower,payattentiontotheproductandmaterialrecycling,implementpositivereverselogisticsbecomesmoreandmorebecomeinevitable.Weusuallysaythatthelogisticsisrefersto\"positivelogistics\",butacompletesupplychainshouldincludenotonly\"positive\"logistics,shouldalsoincludethereverselogistics.Putforwardtheterm\"reverselogistics\"isStockin1992totheAmericanassociationoflogisticsmanagement(CLM)inaresearchnote,hepointedoutinthereport:

2,themeaningofthereverselogistics

Reverselogisticshasbroadsenseandnarrowsense.Narrowsenseofthereverselogisticsreferstothoseduetoenvironmentalproblemsoroutdatedproductsandproducts,sparepartsormaterialrecyclingprocess.Itisapartofthewastereusevaluetosorting,processing,decomposition,makingitausefulresourcebackintotheproductionandconsumption.Reverselogisticsinadditiontocontainingageneralizednarrowsenseofthedefinitionofreverselogistics,alsoincludesthecontentofthewastemateriallogistics,itsultimategoalistoreduceresourceusage,andbyreducingtheuseofresourcestoachievewastereductiongoals,atthesametimemakepositiveandrecyclinglogisticsmoreefficient.

Withthedevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnologyandglobaleconomicintegration,theretailsalesenterprisemarketcompetitiveadvantageismoreandmoredependsonmodernlogisticsofspeed,cost,serviceandefficiency.Retailenterprisesstrengthentheadvantageofcompetitiondevelopmentneedtocontroltheprocessoflogistics,especiallythereasonableandeffectivemanagementofreverselogistics,throughcontinuouslyimproveenterprisemanagementresourcesintegrationprocessoflogisticsperformancemanagement,improveoperationalefficiency,accesstogreatercompetitiveadvantage,andcreateabetterenterprisevalue.
