1、为满足乌兹别克年产能2KK的产能，需要4条总装线、4条包装线。

2、装配车间面积占地总长：
45米，总宽：
18米；总面积810平方米。

3、此设计为总包装一体式生产，也可分开两个车间生产，

1、皮带流水线为客户自备，建议长度2000cm，皮带宽40cm，有工作台和椅子（40个工位），工作台有独立照明，流水线速度可调。

2、组装段：
利用各种工具、夹具对元件进行加工，然后通过焊接等方式组合在一起。

3、天线测试占用2个工位，所实现的功能是检测手机天线的各项参数。

2、打印IMEI贴纸（1个工位）：
通过扫描仪录入IMEI号到计算机软件中，计算机软件驱动条码打印机打印出贴纸。
PrintIEMIlabels（1workseat）:
ScantheIMEINointothePCthroughScanner,thePCsoftwaredrivetheprintertoprintthelabels.
3、写IEMI号（2个工位）：
扫描仪录入IMEI号，计算机通过数据线与手机相联系并写入IMEI号。
WriteIMEINo（2workseat）:
InputtheIMEINothroughthescanner,ThenconnectthemobilesetstoPCviaUSBCableandwritetheIMEINointothemobilesets.
4、放入包装物料：
人工放料。
Putthepackagematerialintothegiftbox:
Putitbyhand.
5、打印箱号贴纸（1个工位）：
扫描仪录入一箱手机的IMEI号，计算机存储数据，条码打印机打印出贴纸。
Printtheboxlabels（1workseat）:
WhenthesacannerinputalltheIMEINoswithfullCartonbox,savethedataintothePC,Thebarcodeprinterprintthelabels.
6、封箱（1-2人）。
