第一节工程概况

一、工程简介

二、工程范围

环境景观工程规模：

211#-215#楼，景观设计面积13867M2

1、工程划分：

规划红线范围以内的园林景观工程施工

2、园林景观工程主要施工内容：

（1）车行路铺装工程

（2）人行路铺装工程

（3）小区围墙（门卫室）工程

（4）景观挡墙、台阶工程

（5）园林建筑、构筑物及造景工程装饰施工

（6）喷灌设施施工

（7）绿化种植工程

（8）给排水工程

（9）景观电气工程

第二节工程管理目标

一、质量目标

本工程质量目标为优良，园林养护不低于三级。

我公司将严格按照工程质量管理体系控制整个施工过程，确保工程验收一次成功，其中单项、工序交验合格率100%，合同履约率100%，确保工程质量达到顾客满意。

二、安全目标

无任何安全事故发生是本工程的安全目标。

施工中执行严格的安全管理措施，建立合理的安全经济责任制，设置专职安全员，坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的安全方针，做好安全事故的超前防范工作，做到机构健全、措施具体、落实到位、责任到人、奖罚分明，以确保安全管理目标的实现。

三、工期目标

本工程计划开工日期为2017年9月底，竣工日期为10月31日，总工期为30日历天（具体施工开始日期以现场具备施工条件后建设单位通知为准）。

根据施工方案并结合现场实际情况，合理组织施工，按时、保质、保量地完成施工任务，以满足业主需要。

四、文明施工目标

本工程文明施工目标：

达安全文明施工工地验评标准。

我施工单位将严格按《建筑工地安全防护、文明施工措施费用及使用管理规定》（建办[2005]89号文件）以及京建施[2005]802号文件的规定进行组织、管理，给业主及外来人员展示以整洁、卫生、安全、文明的施工现场，争创**市文明施工工地。

五、环境保护目标

本工程环境保护目标：

材料环保、噪声污染不超标、污水、粉尘排放及固体废弃物排放达标，力争让业主满意。
