Tenniscourseoutline

I.Introductiontothecourse

Tennisisaverypopular,interestingmenandwomen,oldandyoungcanparticipateinsportsactivities,hastheveryhighvalueofexercise.Participateinthetennismovementisconducivetoenhancethephysical,mentalandphysicalpleasure,edifysentiment,cultivateindomitablewillpowerandthespiritofcooperationandgoodmorals,contributetotheformationoflifelongexercisehabit.

Thiscourseisdesignedasfollows:

firstgradebasiccoursesareoffered,gradetwoisoffered,coursesareimproved,andoptionalcoursesareofferedingradethree.Accordingtothedifferentrequirementsofdifferentlevelsofstudentsatdifferentlevelsofteaching,forbeginnerstoteachbasicknowledgeoftennis,basicskills,basicrules,andguidestudentstoenter.Thehighlevelstudentsmainlyteachtennisskills,tactics,rulesofcompetition,refereemethod,tennispracticemethods,arrangementofextra-curricularexercisecontent,andfocusesontheapplicationofexperienceinpractice.

Two,curriculumobjectives

(1)basicobjectives

Thebasicobjectiveisthebasicrequirementformoststudents.

In1,themovement:

activelyparticipateintennisactivities,thereareplanstothetennisactivityasoneofmaincontentsinphysicalexercise,andgraduallydevelopthehabitofexercise,theabilitytoenjoythetennismatch.

2,sportsskillsgoals:

basicmethodsandskillsoftennis;tenniscanengageinphysicalexerciseasthemaincontentofthescientific,improvetheirsportsabilities;graspthetreatmentsofcommonsportsinjuryintennisinsports.

3,healthgoals:

totestandevaluationofphysicalhealth,knowledgeandeffectivemethodtoimprovethephysicalqualityandcomprehensivephysicaldevelopment;toreasonableselectionofhealthandnutritionoffoodthebodyneeds;todevelopgoodhabits,developahealthylifestyle;ahealthyphysique.

4,mentalhealthobjectives:

accordingtotheirabilitytosetuptennislearninggoals;consciouslythroughtennisactivityandimprovethepsychologicalstate,toovercomethepsychologicalbarriers,developapositiveandoptimisticattitudetowardslife;theuseofsuitablemethodstoregulatetheiremotions;enjoythefunofsportsintennis,experiencethefeelingofsuccess.

5,socialadaptationgoal:

intennissportsshowgoodsportsmanshipandcooperationspirit;correctlyhandletherelationshipbetweencompetitionandcooperation.

(two)developmentgoals

ThedevelopmentgoalisapartoftheUniversityandschooltennistopstudentscanalsodeterminethetargetasatennisclassmoststudentswork.

1,sportsparticipationgoal:

tennisactivitiesasoneofthemaincontentsofphysicalexercise.Formgoodexercisehabits,canindependentlyformulatesuitablefortheirownneedsofexerciseprescription;haveahighphysicalcultureandtheappreciationoftheleveloftennis.

2,sportsskillsobjectives:

activelyimprovetheleveloftennisskills,developtheirownsportsability;toachieveorequivalenttothelevelofnationalathletes;canrepresenttheschooltoparticipateintenniscompetition.

3,physicalhealthgoals:

canchooseagoodsportsenvironment,theoveralldevelopmentofphysicalfitness,improvetheirabilitytoexercisescience,andbuildastrongphysique.

4,mentalhealthgoals:

inthefierceconfrontationoftenniscompetition,showingastrongsenseofcollectiveprideandindomitablewillquality.

5,socialadaptationgoals:

toformgoodbehaviorhabits,becomeschoolsandcommunities,tennisandothersportsactivitiesoftheactiveparticipantsandorganizers.

Three,curriculumteachingtask

(option)basiccourse(primaryclass)

1,developstudents'interestintennis,masterthebasicskillsoftennisandrelatedtheoreticalknowledge.

2,intheexerciseprocess,comprehensivelyenhancethephysique,focusingonimprovingstrength,physicalcoordinationandrunningability.

3,totrainstudentstoanalyzeproblems,solveproblemsandadaptability,andcultivateindomitablewillqualityandteamspirit.

(two)optiontoimproveclass(intermediateclass)

1,toimprovestudentsinterestintennis,mastertennisskillsandtactics,tofurtherunderstandtherules.

2,likesandcanunderstandthetenniscompetition,darestoholdtherefereeworkintheteachingcompetition.

3,inthecourseofpractice,tostrengthenthephysicalqualityofexercise,andenhanceparticipationconsciousness.

4,trainthestudents'spatialthinkingabilityandemergencyresponseability,andcultivatetheindomitablewillqualityandteamspirit.

(three)optionalcourses(advancedclasses)

1,tocultivatestudentskeeninterestintennis,andtennisasthemainmeansoflifelongphysicalexercise.

2,withhightechnicalandtacticallevel,abletorepresenttheschooltoparticipateinthecompetition,canplaythejudgesoftheschooltenniscompetition.
