Thescientists,studyingattheUniversitiesofRomeandL’Aquila,summarizedresearchfromtendifferentstudies.Thestudiesassessedpeople’sperformanceoncognitivetestsbeforeandaftereatingcocoaorchocolate.Theresultswereprettytelling:
