fruittreesinit.OnedayNasreddinsawsomebeautifulapplesononeof
them.Hewenthomeandgotaladder,putitagainstthehighwallofthe
gardenandclimbedup.Thenhepulledtheladderup,putitdownonthe
otherside,andclimbeddownintothegarden.Justthenagardenercame
roundacornerandsawhim.
"Whatareyoudoinghere?
"heshouted.
Nasreddinthoughtquicklyandthensaid,"Iamsellingmyladder."
