   Thegroupleader, Luca,wasguidingthreecavers.Oneofthem,Stevegotstuckinthecrack.Therewas10 minutes ofpullingandpushinguntilStevewasfree.Hewastiredandneededtoleave.Luca,assumingI’dbeenthroughthecrackbefore,guidedStevethroughthecaveforanother15minutestoanexit.Iwassecondfromlasttogothrough.Ididn’trealizethatLucawasn’tthere—ifI’dknown,Iwouldn’thaveattemptedthecrack,asIneededanexperiencedguide.

    Thechallengeistoputyour feet firstdownthelengthofthecrack,andthenmoveyourbodysidewaystoswingalong,beforedroppingfivefeettothefloorofthenextspace.Onmyfirstattempt,IknewIwouldn’t makeit through,butthegroup encouraged metotryagain.Ididn’twanttoinconvenienceanyonebyhavingtomakethelongtripbackthroughthecave,soIbackedoutandtookoffmywetsuit.InjustmyT-shirt,Itriedtoslidethroughagainbutmyhips（屁股）were trapped.Myfeetwerehangingontheothersideandmyleftarmsupportedmybody.Myhandrestedonawoodenboardthathadbeenleftcoveringboulders（大圆石）toprotectcaversfromslipping.LucareturnedandtheteamtriedeverythingtoshiftmeasImentallyfocusedonescape.
