Itistruethat,althoughonlinelearningmightbeconvenientandflexible,itisalsoasoloact.Itwillnotbeeasyforallofyourlearnerstofeelcomfortablewhenparticipatinginonlinediscussionsandengagingmoreactivelywiththeironlineinstructorsortheirvirtualclassmates.Furthermore,somepeopleabsolutelyneedpersonalcontactwiththeireducatorsortrainersinordertolearnsuccessfully.Constructivefeedbackcanbeveryeffective,butifnotgivenproperlyorintime,itmightalsobelimited.Inaddition,sometypesoflearningproblemsmaybedifficulttobeaddressedonline,andsomequestionscanbelostinaseaofrequestsandinquiries.Thissometimesmakeslearnersfeeltheylacksupportandreassurance.

2.Itmaybeimpersonal.

Nomatterhowhardwetrytofullytransferhumancommunicationtoonlineplatforms,nomatterhownaturalitseemstoformrelationshipsbehindcomputerscreens,avirtualenvironmentisjustnothuman.Nothingcanreplacehumancontact.

Toomuchtimespentinfrontofacomputerscreenmaybeharmful.

3.Itrequiresself-discipline.

IfyoureLearningaudiencelacksself-discipline,itisunlikelythattheywillbemotivatedtoselfstudy.Traditionallearningandtraininghavethebenefitofeasilytrackingbothprogressandfallingbehind;thisworksformanylearnersaswell,assomepeopleprefertheirprogresstobecloselymonitoredinordertoperform.

4.Possiblelackofcontrol.
