磁力驱动离心泵（简称磁力泵），是利用永磁联轴器工作原理无接触的传递扭矩的新型泵，当原动机带动外磁钢转子时，通过磁场的作用驱动内磁钢转子同步旋转，而内磁钢转子和叶轮连成一体，从而达到无接触带动叶轮转动之目的。
由于液体被封闭在静止的隔离套内，所以磁力泵是一种全封闭、无泄漏的泵型，因此完全杜绝了机械密封离心泵不可避免的跑、冒、滴、漏的弊病。

1、因磁力泵轴承的冷却和润滑是靠被输送的介质，所以绝对禁止空动转，同时避免在工作中途停电后再启动时所造成时空载运转。
