Asthecircuitdesignrequirementssubwaytunnel,thetunnelstructureproducesavarietyofforms,rangingfromcross-sectionfromdouble-archandthethree-archtunnelcomposedofdouble-archtunnelsectioniscommonlyusedintheconnectionlinesandcrossinglines.Inthispaper,engineeringexamples,accordingtotunnelinwhichgeologicalconditions,durationrequirements,raisedthroughthecomparisonandselectioncanachieverapidconstructionandthepurposeofconstructioncostsavingsofthebestconstructionprograms.
1ProjectOverview

0.5,afterliningaholespan5.2m,largeholes,afterliningspan11.4m,thewallthicknessof1.6m.Threedouble-archtunnelexcavationspan19.9m,excavationheightof7.885m,cross-vectorratioof1:

Section2dual-archconstructionschemecomparison
Asthedouble-archtunnelsegmentstructuremorecomplex,thetunnelcross-sectionchangesinlarge,complicatedconstructionprocess,constructionwasverydifficult,theconstructioncycleislong,soIchoseagoodqualityandefficientcompletionoftheconstructionprogramsegmentarchtunnelconstructionisparticularlyimportant.Selectionofaconstructionprogram,themainconsiderationthefollowingaspects:
(1)constructionsafetyandstructuralsafety;
(2)constructiondifficulties;(3)theconstructioncycle;(4)cost-effectiveness.Basedonthesefourprinciples,throughtheconstructionofresearchanddemonstrationprogramtoselectthefollowingtwoprogramstocomparetheselectionoftheconstruction.
2.1asingletypeofwallconstructionplan
Theprogram'smainconstructionstepsandmeasuresareasfollows:
(1)Therightlineofdouble-archtunnelholewithinthereturnlinesideoftemporaryconstructionaccess,dual-archandthethree-archinthewallconstruction,iscompletedinatimelysupportforthewall,theconstructiontopreventbias.
(2)constructionofthewallliningiscompleted,accordingto"firstsmallthenbig,closedintoaring"principle,therightlinewiththestepmethodofconstruction,withCRDengineeringmethodreturnedafour-lanespantunnelconstruction.
(3)Whenthereturnlinesideoftheconstructiontothethree-archtunnelinthewall,theninaccordancewiththerightlineofthewallconstructionmethodandthethree-arch-archinthewallconstruction,duringwhichtherightlinetostopexcavationuntilthecompletionofconstructionofthewall.
(4)Thereturnlinesideofthewallconstructioniscompleted,therightlinetocontinuetomoveforwardtheconstruction.
Theconstructionmethodforthedomesticdouble-archtunnelofconventionalconstructionmethod,GuangzhouMetro,NanjingandBeijingMetrosubwaybothapplications,andcansecuresuccessfulcompletionoftheconstructionoftunnels.However,examplesofpastengineeringandconstructionTechnologyresearchcanbefound,theprogramhasweaknessesandshortcomings.
(1)Theprogramusedinthisproject,inashortspanof21.11mofdouble-archtunnel,thetunnel'sopeningbetweenthesupportingandsecondaryliningwillbeconvertedfourtimes,theconversiontoofrequently.
(2)wallandsideholescoveredbywaterprooflayeroftunnelliningconstruction,steelengineering,formwork,concretepouringrequiredmultipleconversions,theconstructionperiodupto2months.
(3)Theliningiscompleted,thewallofanti-biasmaterials,equipment,supportandinput,resultinginhigherconstructioncosts,Economicefficiencywilldrop.
2.2Thesplitinthewallconstructionplan
Theprogram'smainconstructionstepsandmeasuresareasfollows:
(1)rangingfromcross-double-archtunnelintotwosingle-hole,changetheformulafortheseparationwall,thefirstlineofone-wayright-forwardconstructionofthetunnel.
(2)threearchtunnelinthewalltomakethefirstnon-Shilining,accordingtosingle-lineworkingconditionthrough.
(3)therightlineoflarge-sectiondouble-archtunnelwallconstructionmethodadoptedinaccordancewithCRD.
(4)Thereturnlineisinaccordancewiththerightlineoftheoppositesideoftheconstructionsequenceofconstruction.
Adoptionofthisprogramisinfactaone-wayinaccordancewiththeconstructionoftwomethods,comparedwiththepreviousone,aftertheprogramhasthefollowingadvantages:
(1)reductionoftheconstructionprocesstospeeduptheconvergenceprocessconversion.
(2)reducetheconstructiondifficulty,shorteningtheconstructioncycle.
(3)reducetheconstructioncostsandimproveEconomicefficiency.
(4)changeasingletypeofwalltoseparatethewall,completelysolvedthestructureofdouble-archtunnelwaterproofingdefects.
(5)Thethree-archtunnelinthelatterpArtoftheconstructionhole,equivalenttolarge-spanrocktunnelsreservedforthecoreisconducivetobothsidesofthedouble-archtunnelconstructionsafety(Table1).
Section3three-archconstructionplan
Right-linedirectaccesstothreedouble-archtunnel,theSupportparameterstotheoriginaldesignsforgratingerectionofthewholering,accordingtodesignthewholeringofshotcrete,andenhancetheboltatthewallvaultsettings(returnrightsideTongLineConstructionmethod),wallconstructioninthetunnelwhenyouneedtogetridofOffice,locatedataverticalgrilljointsstrengthenedbeam.
Strictcontrolofexcavationfootageofeachcycle,gridspacingof0.6m/Pin.Weakinthewallexcavationusingmillisecondblastingprogram(conditionalmaximizetheuseofstaticblastingprograms),minimizethewallrockandtheliningofthetunnelhasbeendisturbed,toensureconstructionsafety.Thecompletionofexcavationinthewallimmediatelyafterthesecondarylining.Afterthecompletionofconstructionofthewallinwallvoidsofthebackfilling,plusjacksupports.Thesideoftheconstructioniscompleted,carryouttheothersideofthewallconstruction.Whenbothsidesofthewallconstructioniscomplete,inatimelymanneronbothsidesofasingle-holetunnelsecondarylining,andthenproceedtothree-archtunnelexcavationandliningofthemiddleofrock.Construction,specialattentionshouldbethreearchtunnelinthewallatthesettlementandconvergencedeformation,suchastheunusualphenomenon,animmediatereinforcement.
4constructionoftheforcestructureofBehaviorAnalysis
Acrosstherangeofthedouble-archedwallcanceled,changedtoseparatethewall,inthedomesticurbanundergroundrailwayengineeringhasnotyetbeenasimilarengineeringdesignandconstructionexperience,thereisnosuchtunnelstructuredesign,andthereforethestructureissafe,aswellasthecourseofconstructionconversionprocessofconstructionissafe,theprogramwillbethefocusofthestudy.
ApplicationofANSYSfiniteelementsoftwareforcommonproceduresrangingfromcross-archtunnelnumericalsimulation,usingstratigraphic-structuralmodelofthestructureofthetunnelbytheforceanddeformationanalysis(Figure1,Figure2,Figure3).Thescopeofthehorizontaldirectiontakenbyforcealongthedirectionofthetunnelcross-sectiontocross-hole3timesthelimit,takingthetopoftheverticaldirectiontothesurface,thebottom-holespanto3timesthelimit,unitmodelusestheDPformationofelastic-plasticmaterialentity,thetunnelLiningwithelasticbeamelementsimulation,beamelementsandsolidelementsusedtoconnectcouplingequation.ThroughtheanalysisofdatainTable2wecanseethatduringtheconstructionoflargetunnelsinagreaterimpactonsmalltunnel,ifasmallsectionofthetunnelwiththenecessarystrengtheningofmeasuresandcontroltheremovaloftemporarysupporttothelongitudinalspacing,theprogramisusefulandfeasibletoThe.
5Constructionofkeytechnologiesandcorrespondingmeasures
Archtunnelconstructionsegmentisrequiredonastrictconstructionorganizationandstrongtechnicalassurancemeasurescarriedoutunderthegoodjobinorganizingtheconstructionofstepstopreparetheconstructionofavarietyoftechnicalpreventivemeasuresarekeytosuccess.
