Thesethreearethebestrhetoricaldevices.Pathosisrelatedtoemotion,logosisrelatedtologicandethosiswithcredibility.These3componentsworktogethertohelpyoudevelopastrongargument.

(b)RepetitionKeephammeringonyourthesis.Keepontellingthereaderswhatyou’retellingthem.Repeatit,againandagainindistincttonesandwords.Youhavetotellsomanytimesthatbytheendtheycanunderstandthepointbytheend.

(c)SocialValidationQuotationsaresomethingwhichreinforcesthatyouaren’ttheonlyonemakingthispoint.Itexpressestoyourreadersthat,socially,iftheywanttofitin,theyneedtoconsideryourviewpoint.
