摘要

随着计算机技术的发展,医药企业都建立了小型的信息管理系统,为医药企业的管理和服务工作发挥了重大作用。

但随着计算机网络技术、大型数据库技术的推广与应用,医药企业的信息管理系统不论在技术水平还是数据处理水平,都无法满足日益发展的社会需求和本身业务的需要。

数据的共享性不高、系统的稳定性差、业务的处理效率低下等诸多问题制约着医药企业业务的发展。

因此,利用最新的计算机技术、计算机网络技术、大型数据库技术以及面向对象的开发技术,开发一套满足医药企业实际业务需求的医药企业综合业务管理系统是非常必要的。

本系统基于C/S开发模式,采用SQLServer2000作为后台数据库,PowerBuilder9.0作为前台开发工具,按照软件工程的设计开发规范和数据库的设计原则,结合医药企业的实际业务需求,进行了医药企业综合业务管理系统的设计与开发。

在满足设计原则、总体目标的基础上,给出了医药企业综合业务管理系统的设计思想和设计模型;在需求分析的基础上,描述了医药企业综合业务管理系统的功能和性能;给出了药品的购进入库管理、药品的出库管理、药品的库存管理以及药品的GSP规范管理等业务的实现方法和实现过程;对医药企业药品购进出入库、药品销售出库、药品价格管理、药品效期管理等诸多方面提供了良好的记录程序。

并向用户提供了以拼音码为主的多种、多条件组合模式的查询和统计,为用户及时准确地统计和查询所需要的信息提供了很大的方便,对药品的管理更加实时有效。

本系统操作简单,实用方便,可操作性和实用性强,具有技术先进、功能完善、性高稳定、安全性程度高等优点,基本实现了医药企业综合业务管理的信息化、规范化、安全化、科学化。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofcomputertechnology,pharmaceuticalenterpriseshaveestablishedsmallscaleinformationmanagementsystem;itplaysamajorroleforpharmaceuticalenterprises’managementandservice.Butwiththedevelopmentofcomputernetworktechnology,thepromotionandapplicationoflarge-scaledatabasetechnology,thesmallinformationmanagementsystemofpharmaceuticalenterprises,whetherintechnologyordataprocessing,areunabletomeetthegrowingneedsofthecommunityandtheirownbusinessneeds,suchproblemsaslowdatasharing,poorsystemstability,inefficientoperationsandmanyotherissuesrestrictedthedevelopmentofthepharmaceuticalenterprises.Therefore,itisverynecessaryusingthelatestcomputertechnology,computernetworktechnology,large-scaledatabasetechnologyandobject-orienteddevelopmenttechniques,todeveloparealinformationmanagementsystemtomeettheneedsofthepharmaceuticalenterprisesinformationmanagementandservices.

ThissystemisdevelopedbasedonC/Smodel,usingSQLServer2000databaseasabackground,PowerBuilder9.0asforegrounddevelopmenttool,toimplementthepharmaceuticalenterprisesIntegratedServicesmanagementsystemdesignanddevelopmentaccordingtosoftwareengineeringdesignanddevelopmentprinciplesofdatabase,combinedwiththepracticalbusinessneeds.WegiventhepharmaceuticalenterprisesIntegratedServicesManagementSystemdesignideasanddesignmodelaswellasmeetingthedesignprinciples,consideringtheoverallobjectives,todescribethefunctionalityandperformanceofpharmaceuticalenterprisesIntegratedServicesmanagementsystembasedondemandanalysis;giventheimplementationandrealizationprocessofdrugsstoragemanagement,drugdeliverymanagement,drugsinventorymanagementanddrugGSPmanagement;providedagoodrecordsprogramforpharmaceuticalenterprisesdrugslistofreceiptnoteandissuenote,managementofdrugprices,drugExpirationdatemanagement,andsoon.Andprovideduserswiththequerytermsandstatisticsofavarietyofthealphabetcode,multi-combinationmode,providedagreatconveniencewithtimelyandaccuratestatisticsquerywhichcontainstheinformationtheyneed,themanagementofdrugsiseffective.

Thesystemissimpleandpractical,withadvancedtechnology,fullyfunction,highstability,highdegreeofsecurity,realizedthepharmaceuticalenterprisesIntegratedServicesmanagementwithinformationtechnology,standardization,security,scientific.
