4、的一般要求 General Requirements for formwork erection5.1模板及其支架应根据工程结构形式、荷载大小、地基土的类别等条件进行设计模板及其支架应具有足够的刚度和稳定性能可靠的承受浇注砼的重量、侧压力及施工荷载。The formworks and their supports shall be designed on basis of conditions such as structure forms, loads, base ground etc. and shall have sufficient rigidity and stability to

5、bear concrete weight, side pressure and construction loads.5.2模板浇注时应对模板及其支架进行检查和维护,发生异常情况及时进行处理和加固。During concrete pouring, formworks and their supports shall be checked and maintained, if abnormal conditions are found, the necessary measures shall be taken.5.3模板及支架的拆除时间应按规定执行。Removal of formworks a

6、nd their supports shall be carried out in accordance with specified requirements.5.4钢制模板每次使用前都应进行清理、修整,安装前涂刷脱膜剂。Prior to erection, steel formworks shall be cleaned, maintained and applied with release agent.5.5框架结构施工时,上下层的支架立柱要对准使力的传递在同一轴线上,用木板作支脚垫板,扩大接触面的受力面积。During construction of frame structure,

7、 the supporting columns between levels shall be aligned so that the force transfer can take place in the same axis and boards shall be used for support cushions to increase the contact area.5.6模板接缝不应漏浆,大板的拼缝用胶带封闭,转角处用33cm填缝片。Formwork shall be erected in such a way that no leakage takes place at seam

8、s, if necessary, tapes shall be used for splice seams and filling pieces (33cm) for corners.5.7木模板施工前应浇水,但不应有积水。Prior to construction wood shall be sprinkled with water, but no water accumulation takes place.5.8砼浇捣前清除模板内的杂物。Prior to concrete pouring, foreign materials shall be removed out of formwor

9、ks.5.9预制构件的砖模应平整,地基坚固,场地内应能及时的排水,杜绝积水 。The brick formwork for prefabrication of members shall be on the solid ground which is flat and easy to drain water so that no water accumulation can take place.5.10当梁的跨度4m时,应按设计要求进行起拱,如无要求可按跨度的1/1000-3/1000施工。For beams with span over 4m, arch camber shall be m

10、ade in accordance with design requirements, if there is no requirements in design, the arch camber shall be 1/10003/1000 of the span.5.11框架柱下应预留清扫口,每隔2米设置浇捣口,施工时边浇注边封口。For formworks of frame columns, there shall be cleanouts at low ends and pouring and vibration holes at intervals of 2m. During pour

11、ing operation, the holes shall be closed.5.12模板的拆除时的强度应满足施工验收规范GB 50204-2002要求。一般先拆侧模,后拆底模;先拆柱模,后拆梁及平台模板。Removal of formwork can not be carried out until the concrete strength meets the requirements in the construction acceptance code GB50204-2002. In general, the removal sequence shall be side form

12、 first and then bottom form,column form first and then beam form and platform form.6.各部位具体施工方法The concrete construction methods of parts6.1一般框架梁、柱、板模板The general frame beams, columns and floor formworks6.1.1柱模板Column formworks施工工艺流程:The construction flow:定位弹线 钉压脚板 安装侧模板 安装柱箍 安装穿心螺丝 安装斜撑和拉杆setting ou

13、t nailing foot boards erecting side formworks erecting hooped reinforcement erecting pull through bolts erecting bracings and tie bars1) 根据建构筑物四角已布设的控制角桩(拉通线或通视)引测柱子轴线,保证各柱在同一条轴线上;用墨线弹在已浇捣的砼面上,设双线分别控制模板的内外侧边线。Set up the column checking axis according to the set control corner stakes on four corners

Mark ink lines on the surface of the placed concrete and control the side lines of the inside and outside of the formwork by setting two lines separately. 2) 在钢筋上绑扎砼垫块,控制设计要求的保护层,安装侧模板;利用脚手架临时固定,逐层布设柱箍,逐层支设模板;利用斜撑和拉杆调直、加固模板,使

15、之垂直、四面方正。Fix the concrete cushion to the steel bars to control the cover layer and erect the side formworks. Erect the column hooped reinforcement and formworks layer by layer by making use of the scaffold. Align and reinforce the formworks and make them vertical and square by making use of bracings

16、 and tie bars.3) 模板使用木夹心板或竹制胶合板,厚度1.52cm,柱子高度超过4m时采用竹制胶合板。根据柱截面尺寸加工成整面模板便于周转使用和提高工效。模板外表面设加劲木枋以增强模板刚度和逼直模板,间距不大于300mm,两端必设;模板端头用木工刨刨直,同时使用填缝片,确保模板拼缝严密而不漏浆。Fabricate the formworks by wooden sandwich boards and bamboo-made veneers 1.52cm in thickness. Use bamboo-made veneers when the columns are highe

17、r than 4m. Fabricate a monolithic formwork according to the section sizes of the column so that it can be used circularly and the work speed up. Add tiebeams to the outside surface of the formworks to increase the rigidity and straightness of the formworks and their spans shall be no more than 300mm

18、. It is necessary to set tiebeams for the two ends of the formworks. Straighten the two ends of the formworks by a carpenter plane and use the joint filling tapes to ensure the seam is free of leakage.4) 柱箍采用脚手架用钢管双排,用12以上对拉螺栓加3字扣连接加固,柱箍间距一般为800mm,当柱高大于3m时下部柱箍应适当加密为400mm。当柱子截面大于1000mm时,应在柱箍中间加设对拉螺栓,

19、控制柱箍的挠度使柱面在同一水平面上。The scaffolds are made of two rows of steel pipes, the columns hoops use tension bolts with over 12mm to connect and fix. The pitches of columns hoops are 800mm generally. When the column is higher than 3m, the columns hoops at lower position should be decreased to 400mm when the c

20、olumns section is over 1000mm, a tension bolt is added between the columns hoops to control the displacement of the hoop and to keep the surface of the columns atthe same elevation.5) 柱上部顶端根据梁的尺寸预留缺口,缺口三边应加设限位木档,使梁的模板正好卡入。Leave a gap on the top end of the column according to the size of the beam. Ad

21、d restricting baffle on the three sides of the gap to allow the right inserting of beam formwork.6) 基础在施工砼时,在模板的安装位置用木抹把柱子根部抹平,便于安装模板和拼缝的处理,为防止漏浆,可用3mm厚的油毡填嵌。 When carrying out the foundation concrete placement, flat the column root on the position where the formwork is installed in order to erect t

24、ng and straightening laying the supports of the floor erecting the formworks of the floor steel bar fixing 1) 梁、板的模板根据梁高采用木夹心板或竹制胶合板。当梁高大于800mm时底模应采用后者为宜,厚度为15mm以上。板的模板尽量采用整片安装,以增加工效。Fabricate the formworks of beams and floors by the wooden sandwich boards or bamboo-made veneers. Fabricate the botto

25、m formworks by using the latter when the height of the beam is more than 800mm and 15mm at least in thickness. Erect floor formwork in a monolithic form to speed up the work. 2) 侧模按间距800mm设立档,立档的加工尺寸要精确;夹木和横档通长设置,梁高800时中间设逼直钢管螺栓或钢丝对拉(间距800mm),夹木亦应有效固定;斜撑固定在立档上,角度一般为45;托木须重新设立柱直接立于支撑上。梁上口设卡木控制截面尺寸,边浇

26、捣砼边拆除。The posts are placed on the lateral formwork with the space of 800mm. The dimensions must be accurate. The clamping and horizontal woods arranged. When the beam is 800 in height, the piping bolts or tension steel wires are used between them (The space is 800mm). The clamping woods are effectiv

On the upper of the beam, control woods are arranged to control the section dimension, after completion of concreting, the control wo

28、ods will be taken off.3) 拼缝对接处应加设木档和拼缝板,模板端头应刨光紧密对接,内侧面以胶带或腻子封闭。Add wooden shelves and wood joints boards to the wood joints and smoothen the ends of the board and connect them closely. Seal the inner side by adhesive tapes or putties.6.1.3支撑体系Supporting system1) 框架梁、板、柱结构支撑体系:The supporting system

29、of beams, floors and columns:a) 层高3.6m时梁采用木制或钢制琵笆撑,间距800mm;板的支撑1500 mm. When storey height is 3.6m, use wooden or steel supports as beams supports, span 800mm; the span of floor supports 1500 mm. 层高4.0m时梁必须采用钢制双排顶撑, 间距900mm,板的支撑1200 mm;横梁采用10080 mm木枋。When the layer 4.0m, the beams supports must be s

30、teel double-rows top supports, span 900mm and the span of the plates supports 1200 mm; use 10080 mm tiebeams as crossbeams.b) 水平纵横两方向设联系拉杆,垂直方向步距1500 mm。Set link tie bars in vertical and horizontal directions and the step pitch in vertical direction 1500 mm.c) 地面应达到设计要求的密实度,保证地基在砼浇捣和成型后不发生沉降,必要时应加设砼

31、支敦或50 mm厚的木垫板;框架周围布设排水沟,末端设积水坑。在砼未达到设计强度时,雨天应安排专人守护,监控场地的排水情况。The solidity of the ground shall meet the design requirement, so to ensure that no settlement of foundation takes place after the concrete placement and vibration.
