9、理性分析1、做作业时,学生喜欢左右攀谈,边说边做,容易出错。2、家庭教育跟不上,导致学生回家作业正确率低下以及完成率低。3、学生缺乏独立完成作业的意识,总是在应付中完成作业。五、学生作业情况分析班级学生作业状况学生作业情况大体有四种类型:1、完成作业不及时。每班级总有3-4 个学生落下当天作业的。2.、完成作业不仔细。学生抄写词组时总有漏写字母或者单词。3、完成作业不规范。学生不能按照统一的要求书写作业。4、完成作业不齐全。经常会有学生漏写作业。六、补救或改进措施(一)、学生优差生结对子,提高正确完成作业的效率。(二)、注重家校联系,但效果甚微。(三)、奖励机制,效果比较好,运用多种评价形式。1. 学生合作评价。2. 家长评价。让学生当“小老师”,要求学生将当日学的内容唱给父母、交给父母,并由家长在作业本上写反馈。3. 教师评价。(1) 作业评语。作业评语是教师情感输出的载体,也是教师评价学生很好的渠道。在写作业评语时,老师要对后进生有所侧重,并保持一定的连续性,对学生的进步,及时给与鼓励。(2) 终端评价。主要的评价方式是学校组织的期终考试,期中考试。(四)家校。强强联合,利用家校路路通,联合家长督促完成,但收效甚微。
