4、高温循环流化床锅炉,具有燃烧效率高、低污染和节约燃料、便于调节等特点。该锅炉结构简单、紧凑,炉型与传统的煤粉锅炉类似。锅炉本体由燃烧设备、给煤装置、床下点火装置、分离和返料装置、水冷系统、过热器、省煤器、空气预热器、钢架、平台扶梯、炉墙等组成。锅炉采用床下油点火方式;流化床布风板采用水冷布风板结构,布置钟罩式风帽,有效面积为15m2;锅炉采用3台给煤机由炉前给煤;分离装置采用高温汽冷旋风分离器。1130t/h CFB of Twink power plant Galvanized Steel Limited is manufactured by Jinan Boiler Group, Mode

11、压力有时会超过额定压力,为保护锅炉承压部件在允许的范围内工作,保持设备的安全工作期限,有效地防范设备事故发生,因此应严格按照规程要求进行安全阀调试。2. Drums safe valves, superheater safe valves五、安全门校验和蒸汽严密性试验应具备的条件1、 试运现场场地应平整,影响试运的施工脚手架应全部拆除,现场清扫干净,沟道、孔洞盖板齐全,消防设施齐备,交通及人行道路畅通。2、 试运现场具有充足的正式照明,事故照明应能在故障时及时自动投入。3、 锅炉本体及附属设施的梯子、平台安装完毕,栏杆齐全牢固。4、 应分别备
17、齐安全阀效验用工器具。5、 主蒸汽管道系统安装及保温全部结束,经过水压试验,管道的所有支吊架固定牢靠,可以自由膨胀。6、 给水系统、减温水系统安装及保温完毕,管道已冲洗干净,水压试验合格,各电动阀、截止阀动作灵活,严密不漏,开关行程正确,调节阀灵活可靠。7、 具备启动、升温升压条件。8、 锅炉主蒸汽管道吹洗合格。9、 汽包、各联箱的膨胀指示器按要求安装完毕,安装牢固,冷态指示调整到零位。10、安全阀排汽管道安装牢固,内部杂物清理干净,疏水孔畅通。11、建立统一的试运领导指挥组织,安装、调试、运行单位人员配备齐全,做到职责清楚,分工明确。5. 20、valve inspection.5. Installation and insulation of main steam pipelines is finished and all the hangers of pipeline are fixed stably and able to expand freely after hydrostatic test.6. Installation and insulation of water feed system and attemperating water system, pipeline is cleared, hydrostatic t
21、est is proper, electrical valve and stop valve are flexible and sealed, switch routine is proper and control valve is flexible and reliable.7. 23、missioning and operation available, to achieve clear responsibility and clear division of labor. 六、安全门校验和蒸汽严密性试验1、 蒸汽严密性试验吹管工作结束,关闭锅炉出口电动门后,锅炉逐渐将压力升到工作压力,进行蒸汽严密性试验,此时应对下列各项进行检查:1.1 焊口、人孔、手孔、法兰等的严密性。1.2 检查锅炉附件及全部汽水阀门的严密性。1.3 检查汽包、联箱、各受热面及锅炉范围内汽水管路的热膨胀情况,以及支吊架、弹簧等的位移伸缩情况是否有碍膨胀处。1.4 蒸汽严密性试验的检查结果应详细记录,并
24、办理签证。2、 安全阀校验2.1 安全阀校验前的准备工作:2.1.1 安全阀一般应经过解体检查、清洗、研磨及水压试验(厂家有规定的,应按照厂家规定执行)。2.1.2 安全阀安装时各部分间隙测量数据、厂家资料准备齐全。2.1.3 安全阀的排汽管牢固可靠,且不妨碍膨胀。2.1.4 准备好上下联系的电话或对讲机及灯光信号,调试地点应照明充足,道路畅通。2.1.5 准备020MPa经检验合格的0.4级标准压力表一块。2.1.6 安全阀校验前,上、下压力表应经过校对,并记录上、下压力差值。2.1.7 准备好调整用的工具,配备好人员,分工明确,统一指挥。2.1.8 安全阀调整完毕后,应整理记录,办理签证。

Security door checkout and steam leak test1. Steam leak testBoiler pressure is ste
26、ped up to operating pressure for steam leak test, after blow pipe is over and electrical door of boiler exit is closed. The below items should be check:1.1 Stringency of welded hole, man hole, hand holem flange etc.1.2 Stringency of boiler auxiliary and all steam-water valves.1.3 Check the heat expa
27、nsion of drum, headers, heating faces and steam-water pipeline within boiler scope, and check whether the shifting/extenting of hangers, springs effect expansion points.1.4 Testing results of steam leak test should be detailed recorded and certificated.2、 Safe valve checkout2.1 The preparation for s
28、afe valve checkout:2.1.1 Safe valves should be under dismantling test, washing, grinding and hydrostatic test in general.(It should be based on manufacturers regulation if any)2.1.2 Clearance data and manufacturers data are available for safe valve installance.2.1.3 Steam exhaust pipes of safe valve
29、s is stable, reliable and dont effect expansion.2.1.4 Telephone, interphone, lighting and signals for top and bottom communication are full prepared. The full lighting and smooth road are available on commissioning site.2.1.5 A 0.4 grade standard pressure gauge, tested qulaified under 020Mpa.2.1.6 U
30、pper and down pressure gauges should be calibrated before safe valve checkout, and recording the differential pressure vaule 2.1.7 Make preparation for adjusting tools, staff, clean division of lavor, unified command.2.1.8 Record and certificate it when safe valve adjusting is finished.2.2 Parameter
31、s of safe valve checkoutSafe valve checkout should be carried out when steam leak test is finished without problems. The pressure can be continuously steped up for safe valve checkout.
