2、nce.已设置龙门板sight rail或龙门桩gantry pile，标出建筑物的主要轴线，标出基础及墙轴线和标高；Gantry planks or gantry piles have been established. 7、on methods1)砖基础Brick basea砖基础一般做成阶梯形ladder，有等高式和间隔式，每一种收退台step宽度均为1/4砖。The brick bases are made into ladder form generally, with the equal height and the unequal height. Each racking is 1/4 brick width.b砌基础base前应清理基槽（坑）底。Clean up the foundation (pit) bottom before bricklaying.除去earth，fill and hamp i

8、ng补夯实，并铺设垫层；Remove the earth, tamp the backfilled soil, and pave foundation cushion;先用干砖试摆，以确定排砖方法和错缝位置，使砌体平面尺寸符合要求；According to the plane size requirements, try to put some dry bricks to find the correct laying method and the locations of offset joints;基础中预留孔洞应按施工图纸要求的位置和标高留设。Reserve holes in the f

9、oundation according to the locations and elevations in the construction drawing.c砌筑时，应先铺底灰base cement，上下层错缝。Pave base cement and set the offset joints between the upper and the lower courses.竖缝至少错开1/4砖长，转角处要放七分头砖（即3/4砖），并在山墙和檐墙两处分层交替设置，不能同缝。The vertical joint spacing is at least longer than 1/4 bric

15、the leftover water, backfill soil on both sides at one time and tamp them layer after layer.质量要求Quantity requirements砖的品种、强度等级必须符合设计要求。The catalog, strength grade of the brick must meet the design requirements.砂浆品种符合设计要求，强度必须符合下列规定：The mortar matches the design requirements; and the strength must me

16、et the following:同品种、同强度砂浆各组试块test cubic的平均强度不小于fm,k（fm,k试块标准养护抗压强度）；The average strength of the same style and strength mortar test cubes is not smaller than fm,k.任意一组试块强度不小于0.75 fm,k。The strength of every set test cubes is not smaller than 0.75 fm,k.砌体砂浆必须饱满密实，砖砌体的水平灰缝的砂浆饱满度不小于80%。Keep the mortar

19、度均符合设计要求和施工规范的规定，留置间距偏差headplace不超过一皮砖。The quantity and the length of embedded splice bar meet the related construction code. And the spacing tolerance of splice bar is not bigger than a piece of brick.留置构造柱reinforcing post的位置正确，残留砂浆清理干净。Locate construction pillars correctly and clean up the leftove

20、r mortar.成品保护要求Finished product protection program1)基础墙砌筑完毕，应继续加强对龙门板、龙门柱、水平桩的保护，防止碰撞损坏。Enhance continuously the protection of gantry planks, gantry piles and horizontal piles to avoid the damage.2)外露或埋设在基础内的管线及其他预埋件，应注意保护，不得随意碰撞、折改或损坏。Outside or embedded pipes and other matters shall not be collide

21、d, removed or destroyed optionally.3)加强对基础预埋的抗震构造柱钢筋pole bar和拉结筋lacing的保护，防止踩倒或弯折。Enhance the protection of embedded earthquake-proof construction columns rebar and splice bar avoid trampling or curving.4)基础base位于地下水位以下时，砌筑完毕应继续降水，直至回填完成，始可停止降水，以防止浸泡地基和基础。De-water till the backfilled soil completion

22、 after bricklaying if the base under the underground water, avoiding soaking the foundation.5)基础回填土backfill应在两侧同时进行，如仅在一侧回填，未回填的一侧应加以支撑。Backfill soil on the both sides at one time, otherwise supporting the open side.暖气沟heating trench的墙应加强垫板支撑牢固，以防填土hamp夯实将墙挤压变形开裂；Fix the wall of the heating trench w

23、ith some supporting planks to avoid leakages or deformation by backfilled soil.严禁回填土采取不分层夯实或向槽内灌水的方法回填。Strictly forbid to backfill soil without tamping layer after layer or backfilling with replenished water directly.6)回填土运输时，应先将基础顶部用塑料薄膜或草袋、木板等保护好，不得在基础墙上推车，损坏墙顶或碰坏墙体。Protect the top of foundation w

Forbid pushing go-carts on the foundation walls, damaging the wall top and the wall.施工注意事项Construction notes:1)砂浆配制应严格材料的计量，保证配合比准确，拌制时间应符合规定。Mortar mixture rate of materials shall be accurate，and the mixture time shall meet the related con

25、struction code.2)基础base应挂线linned砌筑laying，1?Foundation shall be built with hanging the referential thread, especially two referential threads at both sides of a brick-and-half wall.-brick wall,一砖半墙1应双面挂线at both sides。砌到基砌墙身时，要找正墙的轴线和边线；Correct the axes and edge lines of walls.砌筑时保持墙身垂直，防止基础墙身发生过大位移of

26、fset。Ensure the wall vertical and prevent the wall body offsetting much more.3)砌体的转角和交接处，应同时砌筑，否则应砌成斜槎otherwise shall be layed inclinedly。The masonry work shall be started from the turning corner or from the fixed point,otherwise shall be made into inclined toothing.有高低台seat的基础，应从低处开始砌筑，并由高台向低台搭接，且搭

27、接长度不应小于基础扩大部分brick seat的高度。The base with different seats shall be started from the lowest to the highest, and the connected length shall not be lower than the height of most brick seats.砌体临时间断处的高差不得超过一步脚手架的高度。The height deference between temporary joints must not be bigger than the width of a step o

28、f scaffold.4)雨期施工应有防止基槽泡水和雨水冲刷砂浆措施，砂浆的稠度consistency应适当减小，每日砌筑高度不宜超过1.2m。The mortar consistency shall be decreased and the bricklaying height every day shall not be higher than 1.2 m in rainy seasons.收工时砌体表面应覆盖。Cover the surface of masonry works after the stop for the day.2.3.4.2砖墙砌筑方法Methods of maso

29、nry works(1)施工条件Construction conditions1)砌筑前，基础及防潮层brick damp course应经验收合格，基础顶面弹好mark墙身轴线、边线、门窗洞口opening和柱子的位置线。The base and brick damp course should have been accepted eligibility, and axes, edge lines; holes and locations of columns shall be marked out on the surface of the foundation before mason

30、ry.2)办完地基、基础工程隐检手续。Execute the concealed work checks of base and foundation.3)回填完基础两侧及房心土方。Have backfilled soil on the both sides of the base and the room center area.4)在墙转角处、楼梯间及内外墙交接处，已按标高立好皮数杆；Have set up counting poles on the wall corners, ladder and the corners between external and internal wal

31、ls.皮数杆的间距以1520m为宜，并办好预检手续。The proper spacing of counting poles is 15-20 m.
