The main duties are:1) To assist project manager managing the environmental management system.2) To participate the formulation and operation of environmental guideline, environmental objectives and

25、EMP. Regardless of any other duties, he shall be responsible for reporting to management on the performance of the EMP, review, and recommendations for improvement. The main duties are :1. To participate in establishment of project environmental management plan.2. To assist site manager training the

26、 management staff about environmental management system standard and other documents relating to it.3. To responsible for assigning the environmental objectives and indexes to each staff, and ensure the implement of specific management measure.4. To responsible for monitoring the work of each respon

27、sible staffs implementation of environmental management plan. If any work is unqualified, proposing reform and ensure to complete it.5. To responsible for the training of potential accident or emergency situation, and emergency measure. 6. To establish an environment account, inspect the implementat

28、ion of budget. And keep the expense record relating to the environmental cost.7. To responsible for organize the investigation, analysis, solution and report of environmental accident.8.
