18、cceptance and Handover.4.3 喷淋管道预制 Sprinkling Pipe Fabrication4.3.1 对于每圈环管,在减压管端必须要钻取一个导流孔。A weep hole shall be provided in each ring immediately downstream of the pressure-reducing section.管道焊完后立即除去渣皮、飞溅,并应将焊缝表面清理干净,进行外观检验。喷淋管道焊缝外观质量不得低于级。管道孔口要防止焊接过度。After welding, slag, splash on surface shall be r

19、emoved immediately and carry out appearance inspection. The quality of piping welding seam appearance shall not be lower than grade . Bore of pipe shall be free of excessive weld penetration.喷淋管道的焊缝应进行抽样射线照相检验,抽检比例为10%,其质量不得低于GB3323-87级合格。Sprinkling pipe welding seam shall take RT spot test with rat

20、e of 10%, its quality shall not be lower than Grade .管道焊缝的射线照相检验应及时进行,当抽样检验时,应对每一焊工所焊焊缝按规定的比例进行抽查,检验位置应由施工单位和建设单位的质检员共同确定。RT spot test shall be implemented timely. When carry out spot test, relevant spot test rate of each welder shall be guaranteed. Inspection position shall be fixed by both constru

21、ction unit and EPC.当检验发现焊缝缺陷超出设计文件和本规范规定时,必须进行返修,焊缝返修后应按原规定方法进行检验。If found welding defects exceed design and specification requirements, repair required. After repair, carry out inspection with the original test method.当抽样检验发现需要返修的焊缝缺陷时,除返修该焊缝外,还应采用原规定方法按下列规定进一步检验:If found defects when carry out spo

22、t test, excluding repair defects, further inspection shall be implemented as method specified below:a) 每出现一道不合格焊缝应再检验两道该焊工所焊的同一批焊缝;If one seam unacceptable, two more seams of seam welders same batch of seams shall be checked.b) 当这两道焊缝均合格时,应认为检验所代表的这一批焊缝合格;If those two seam acceptable, this batch of

23、seams by the welder can pass.c) 当这两道焊缝又出现不合格时,每道不合格焊缝应再检验两道该焊工的同一批焊缝;If those two seam unacceptable again, each unacceptable seam shall take two more same batch welding seam for inspection.d) 当再次检验的焊缝均合格时,可认为检验所代表的这一批焊缝合格;If pass, all seam of this batch could be acceptable.e) 当再次检验又出现不合格时,应对该焊工所焊的同一

24、批焊缝全部进行检验。If unacceptable again, all seams of this batch could be checked.4.4 管道压力试验与吹洗 Pressure Test and Blasting4.4.1 试验用的压力表经检验合格并在有效期内,精度不低于1.5级,量程为被测压力的1.52倍,每个试验系统都安装不少于2个压力表,压力以高处压力表为准。Pressure meter used for test shall be calibrated and valid, precision shall not be lower than grade 1.5. Mea

25、sure range shall be 1.52 times of pipe pressure. At least 2 meters shall be installed on each test system, higher readings shall be regarded as actual pressure.管道安装完毕,经无损检验合格后,采用洁净水进行压力试验,压力试验应根据现场情况分段进行。After pipe installation completion and passed inspection, carry out hydrotest with clean water.

26、Hydrotest shall be carried out section by section based on site situation.管道试验前,应认真检查是否有错漏,管道支架是否安装齐全、牢固,法兰螺栓是否拧紧,符合要求后,方可进行试压工作。Prior to hydrotest, check pipe line if there is any misalignment. Make sure all of supports fixed firmly, bolts tightly and complying with requirements.试验前不参加试压的仪表需拆除,不参加试

27、压的设备口,采用盲板隔离,试验后再将管道复原。The instrument not involved hydrotest shall be removed. For the equipment interface shall be closed by blind flange.试压前应将泡沫发生装置、泡沫比例混合器加以隔离或封堵。Foam maker, proportion device shall be closed or separated from pipeline.试压前注水时应排净管内空气。Make sure discharge air in pipe thorough.管道压力试验

28、按设计压力的1.5倍进行(1.5*1.6=2.4MPa),缓慢升压至试验压力后稳压10分钟,如发现无降压及金属变形,则将压力降至设计压力(1.6Mpa),稳压30分钟以上,经检查无泄漏、金属变形及压力表降压现象,则试验合格。Hydrotest pressure shall be 1.5 time of design pressure(1.5*1.6=2.4MPa). Increasing pressure slowly to hydrotest pressure and then hold pressure for 10 minutes. If no pressure down and deformation occurs, decrease pressure to design pressure(1.6Mpa) and hold for 30 minutes. I
