6、SK-0226-012585-011 Painting Specification3 技术要求Technology Requirement 3.1作业环境 Working Condition 3.1.1 环境温度environment temperature :540。3.1.2 空气相对湿度relative humility:85。3.1.3 露点dew point:制件表面温度应至少高于露点3。Product surface temperature should at least higher than dew point 33.1.4 作业场所painting place:清洁,照明、通

7、风状况良好。Good condition for clean, light, ventilation3.1.5当低于上述要求时,应采取适当措施以满足要求。 When lower than above requirement, other measures should be taken to meet requirement.3.2 压缩空气Compressed Air 3.2.1经过多级过滤、油水分离,压缩空气应干燥、清洁,无残渣、水分和油污。The compressed air should be dry, clean, no water and oil.3.2.2压缩空气中固体粒子、油和

8、水分含量应符合一般用(喷射/喷漆)压缩空气质量等级。The solids in compressed air, and moisture content should conform to general compressed air quality level3.2.3涂装前,必须将空压机、储气罐和管道里面的冷凝水排放干净。Condensate water should be drained from air compressor, air collector and pipe completely before painting.3.2.4涂装过程中每间隔4h排放一次冷凝水。Let out

9、 condensate water at each interval 4 hours during painting application3.3 设备Equipment 3.3.1按照设备使用规定,做好设备的维护和保养。Keep equipment maintenance as per provisions of the use of equipment3.3.2检测工具应定期校核,以有效控制涂装质量。Verify inspection tool regularly to facilitate coating quality control3.4表面处理Surface Treatment 3

10、.4.1预处理 pre treatment 3.4.1.1基材的最初状况是表面处理的先决条件:前一道工种工作检验是否合格等需要确认,结构性缺陷(如叠片、飞溅、粗糙焊缝、锐边、焊烟等)必须经过处理,油污、水分、杂质等也必须经过处理以达到清洁度要求。The basic status of the substrate is the first condition of surface treatment: The product should take an incoming inspection to check if there is some structure defections. All

11、 the defection should be removed, the surface must be free of oil, water and impurities and meet the cleanness standard.3.4.1.2基材最后的表面处理状况是涂装工作实施的前提。The substrate surface treatment status is the precondition of painting application. 3.4.2喷射处理Spraying 3.4.2.1磨料:洁净、干燥,无油脂、污物、灰尘等杂质粘附。尺寸规格级配合理,满足表面粗糙度要求

12、。Abrasive: the abrasive should be clean, dry, free of grease, dust, and other impurities. The size of abrasive material should be reasonable and meets the surface roughness requirement.3.4.2.2表面清洁度:Sa2.5级。Cleanness should be Sa2.5 Sa2.5非常彻底的喷射或抛射除锈:钢材表面应无可见的油脂、污垢,氧化皮、锈蚀和油漆涂层等附着物,任何残留的痕迹应仅是点状或条纹状的轻微色

13、斑 Sa2.5- thorough blasting for derusting. The product surface should be free of grease, oil, scale, corrosion, paint attachment. Any residual marks only can be a pitting or stripy slight splash.3.4.2.3表面粗糙度:RZ40100m(或按照设计要求)。Surface roughness: RZ40100m (or according to the design requirement)3.4.2.4

14、放置时间:喷射除锈后的制件,应在如下的规定时间内进行防护,放置时间一般不超过8小时standing time: After blasting, the product should be protected under the following schedule time. Generally , it cannot exceed 8 hours.3.4.3修整打磨Surface Grinding 包含但不限于手工打磨、擦拭清洁等方法,使待涂装部位表面平整、光滑、干燥、洁净,无涂层流挂、无杂质及污物附着、无油漆厚边、无腻子刮痕等弊病,达到防护与装饰的目的。Including but not

16、tificate and other documentation, and conform to the supplier technical requirement. 3.5.2产品一致性确认:生产厂家、产品名称、生产日期、有效期。Confirm product consistency: manufacture, product name, manufacture date, validity.3.5.3 开罐检查涂料在容器中的状态,不允许存在:结皮、胶凝、分层、不可逆转的沉淀、颜色不均匀、析出、肝化等弊病。Open the bucket to check the status of the

19、ould be treated and painted in advance. 3.6.2对机加工表面、配合面、有色金属表面等不涂装部位,应采取适当的遮蔽措施防护。3.6.2 Machined surface and non-ferrous metal surface should be protected as required. 3.6.3补涂:影响涂层防护性能的涂层缺陷必须进行修补。3.6.3 Make-up paint: make up paint on defects will affect property of paint. 3.7 涂层Painting Property 3.7

20、.1 外观:涂层表面应光滑平整、色泽均匀,无起泡、起皱、裂纹、剥落、针孔、混色、漏涂和返锈等缺陷,允许有不影响防护性能的局部轻微的桔皮、流挂、刷痕、少量杂质存在。Appearance: The coating must be smooth, even color, no bubble, wrinkle, crack, flaking, pinhole, color mixture, holiday and rusty. 21、mpurities at partial area is allowed3.7.2 厚度:符合设计要求。Thickness: meet design requirement 3.7.3 附着力:按GB/T9286要求2级,或GB/T 52103.5Mpa。Adhesive force: as per GB/T9286 2 or GB/T 52103.5Mpa3.7.4 其他性能:满足相应行业或国家标准的规定。Other performance: meet the relevant industry regulation and national standards4 涂装工艺Painting

22、Procedure 清洁度的要求贯穿于涂装工艺的整个过程,前一道工序必须为后一道工序提供良好的清洁度保证. 30、ate, use file, scraper, steel brush, hammer, grinding machine manual or power tool to remove stack, spatter, sharp edge, burrs etc.4.2.2表面预处理:用清洗材料清洗制件表面油污,以避免污染磨料等表面处理材料和器具。Surface pretreatment: use washing material to remove oil from product surface 4.2.2.1清洗剂:除油剂及与此相当的清洗材料,如洗涤汽油、柴油、120或190号溶剂油、甲醇

31、、乙醇、异丙醇等; cleaner: anti-oil agent an equivalent material, such as washing gasoline, diesel oil, #120 or 190 solvent oil, alcohol, ethanol, sopropyl etc.4.2.2.2清洗器具:毛刷以及擦拭材料为不掉毛的织布及与此相当的多孔材料等;Clean tool: air brush and wipe material should be no hair slip cloth or equivalent material;4.2.2.3擦拭清洗法:用含清洗剂的擦拭工具在制件的表面擦拭除去污物,然后干燥,必要时,在
