1、口腔器械消毒规范口腔器械消毒规范卫生部关于印发医疗机构口腔诊疗器械 消毒技术操作规范的通知 为进一步加强医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作保障医疗质量和医疗安全我部组织有关专家在调查研究的基础上制定了医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范,以下简称规范,现印发给你们请遵照执行并提出以下要求: 一、各级各类医疗机构必须高度重视口腔诊疗器械消毒工作将口腔诊疗器械消毒质量纳入医疗质量和医疗安全管理。本规范实施前开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构必须按照规范的要求进行自查和整改工作建立健全并落实有关口腔诊疗器械消毒的各项规章制度切实保证消毒质量达到本规范要求预防和控制因口腔诊疗器械消毒问题导致的医院感染和医源性

2、感染。 二、加强规范的学习和培训工作。开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构必须认真组织学习和全面贯彻本规范有关的医院感染管理人员、从事口腔诊疗服务和口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的医务人员应当接受相应培训正确掌握消毒灭菌技术。 三、各级卫生行政部门要加强对医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的监督管理不符合本规范要求的医疗机构不得开展相应的口腔科诊疗科目服务。 二?五年三月三日 enforced thermal insulation starts checking system, issued by the thermal insulation construction before you start to no

9、规范。 第二条 本规范适用于综合医院口腔科、口腔医院、口腔诊所等开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构。 第三条 开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构必须将口腔诊疗器械的消毒工作纳入医疗质量管理确保消毒效果。 第四条 各级地方卫生行政部门负责辖区内医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的监督管理。 第二章 基本要求 第五条 开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构应当制定并落实口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的各项规章制度建立、健全消毒管理责任制切实履行职责确保消毒工作质量。 第六条 从事口腔诊疗服务和口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的医务人员应当掌握口腔诊疗器械消毒及个人防护等医院感染预防与控制方面的知识遵循标准预防的原则严格遵守有关的规章制

See next page flow chart management process. 7.2 General requirements for protective product protection 二、凡接触病人伤口、血液、破损粘膜或者进入人体无菌组织的各类口腔诊疗器械包括牙科手机、车针、根管治疗器械、拔牙器械、手术治疗器械、牙周治疗器械、敷料等使用前必须达到灭菌。 三、接触病人完整粘膜、皮肤的口腔诊疗器械包括口镜、探针、牙科镊子等口腔检查器械、各类用于辅助治疗的物理测量仪器、印模托盘、漱口杯等使用前必须达到消毒。 四、凡接触病人体液、血液的修复、正畸模型等物品送技工室操作前必须消毒。 五、牙科综合治疗台及其配套设施应每日清洁、消毒遇污染应及时清洁、消毒。 六
