7、educer, transmission shaft, spiral gear, driven supporting, triple bearing coupling, quadplex bearing coupling etc.(2).烧成带利用公称直径相同，齿数不同的螺旋来改变相邻两辊棒的转速，以达到平稳传送制品，减少变形的目的，即差速传动系统。(2). Fired area adopts helical gear with public diameter and different teeth to change the rotating speed of neighbor roller

8、s to convey the tile stably and avoid the distortion of the production, namely differential transmission system.(3).调速装置采用变频器来调速,可在烧成周期3050分钟内任意无级调节。(3). Speed adjustment is finished by transducer which can adjust the speed stepless during 3050 minutes firing cycle.(4).窑炉的传动由7台摆线针轮减速器(带动7组传动，)驱动,当其中

9、的一组的任一台减速器发生故障或停止转动时，其前组减速器会自动或手动正反往复运转，后组的减速器转向不变，其作用在出现故障或需短时间检修时，可避免窑炉内烧制品堆叠、堵塞现象，减少产品的损失和陶瓷辊棒的断裂。(4). 10、e back one will run normally, thus to avoid the tile pile or block in the kiln during trouble excluding or repair, also, this function can decrease the production loss and rupture of ceramics roller.注意：在每组传动区域内，其窑温超过250时，应不能停止传动超过5分钟，避免辊棒因静止而引起受热变形，导致辊棒的报废。Note: In every transmission group, the tran

11、smission device should not stop working over 5 minutes if the temperature is over 250C to avoid distortion even discarding the roller as over-heated.B. 风管系统由下列几部分组成: Structure of air pipe system:(1).排烟风机、风管：设置在窑炉的预热段前，通过排烟通道，把窑内的烟气抽出并部份供给干燥窑作干燥生坯用。(1). Smoke exhaust fan & air pipe: Equipped in the p

12、re-heat section of kiln. It can be used to exhaust the smoke in the kiln and partly supply for drying kiln to dry green body. (2).助燃风机、风管：主要分布在窑炉烧成带的顶部及底部，作供给喷枪燃料燃烧所需。(2). Combustion auxiliary fan、air pipe: Mainly equipped at the top and the bottom of fired area, to supply air for combustion of burn

13、ers fuel.(3).急冷风机、风管：其管道分布在高箱最后三区，用变频器自动控制急冷段温度。(3). Rapid cooling fan、air pipe: Mainly equipped at the last three sections of tall box and controlled automatically by the transducer to adjust the temperature of rapid cooling section.(4).抽热风机、风管：制品缓冷、抽出窑炉内热气供给干燥窑作干燥生坯用，为干燥窑主要热源之一，缓冷风管均布在急冷后的窑炉顶部，抽进的

14、外部冷空气通过缓冷风管壁与窑内进行热交换，带走窑内热量来降低窑炉温度从而达到冷却制品的目的，其总管上设置了一台执行器带动阀门来自动控制缓冷温度。(4). Heat withdrawing fan、air pipe: Hot air from kiln after combustion is main heat source for the dry kiln to dry the green body. Slow cooling air pipe is equipped at the top of kiln, which is behind rapid cooling section. Cool

15、 air outside soaked in exchange heat-energy with the kiln through slow cooling air pipe and takes away the heat in the kiln to cool the production. One executor with valve is set on the main pipe to control the slow-cool temperature automatically.(5).终冷风机、风管：其管道分布在缓冷后端，鼓送冷风直接对产品进行冷却。(5). Final cooli

16、ng fan、air pipe: The pipes are distributed at the back section of slow cooling, and blow cool air for cooling the production directly.C. 燃烧系统: Combustion system:(1).燃烧系统 其中9套电动蝶阀执行机构用瑞士BELIMO或HENGDA产品，烧嘴72套(德国技术佛山生产，烧嘴芯为耐热不锈钢)，每支烧嘴另配球阀和调节阀各一个。燃气安全减压系统主要选用德国Krom产品或意大利MADAS产品。烧嘴配备火焰自动控制系统。(1). 17、ion system：The system includes 9 sets electric wing valve executor (Swiss BELIMO or HENGDA) and 72 sets burners (The burner core is made of ovenproof and stainless steel, which is made in Foshan with German technique.). Each burner is collocated with one ball valve and one adjusting valve. Combustio

18、n safety decompress system mainly adopts German Krom series or Italy MADAS series. Burners are equipped with flame auto-control system.(2).喷枪的火焰调节是通过改变燃气、风压比来完成，从而达到完全燃烧的良好效果。(2). Flame can be adjusted through changing of gas and air pressure to attain full combustion.(3).喷枪数量为72支，分9组。(3). 72 pieces

25、n forwards and backward), all the motors after it will run normally and alarm automatically.II、 窑炉基本操作：Operation of the kiln:1、窑炉起动前的全面检查：Overall testing before starting:-操作线电压变化在5%内； -Voltage change range of operation line should be within 5%;-拧紧配电柜内接线端子；-Tighten the wire terminal in the electric c

26、abinet;-检查保险丝(座)-Check the fuse and the base;-风机测试：- Test of Fans:(1).检查联轴器的同轴度及弹性胶好坏;(1). Check the coaxial degree and elastic rubber of shaft coupling；(2).检查轴承润滑情况;(2). Check the lubricate condition of bearing;(3).开动风机检查轴向固定情况;(3). Start the fan to check the fixing of shaft direction;(4).检查是否有由于转子

27、不平衡而引起的震动;(4). Check whether there is vibration caused by rotors unbalance.(5).检查有没有因轴承的问题而产生的噪音及震动;(5). Check and exclude vibration and noise caused by bearing;(6).检查风叶是否与风机外壳发生摩擦;(6). Make sure the fan leaves do not scrub the outside shell;(7).检查电机的三相电流是否平衡，是否超电流。(7). Make sure three-phase current

Check the gearing clearance of transmission gear;(3).检查油槽的油位; (3). Check the oil mark of oil channel;(4).检查三联体的润滑，并加注(4). Check lubrication of bearing base wi

29、th three bearings and fill in the oil;(5).根据摆线针变速器上铭牌的额定电流来校定配电柜内热继电器的动作电流；(5). Revise current of thermal relay in the electric cabinet according to the rated current on the date plate of the cycloid pinwheel reducer;(6).测量电流是否正常；(6). Make sure that the current run normally;(7).检查变速器的油位；(7). Check t

30、he oil mark of the reducer;(8).检查齿轮的紧固及被动支承轴承的紧固；(8). Check the tightness of gear and driven supporting bearing;(9).检查转动方向是否正确。(9). Make sure the machine runs in right direction.-测试排烟风机：- Test of smoke exhausted fan:测试并校定压力开关，适当调整排烟风机的负压值。Check and revise the pressure switch, adjust the negative pressure value of smoke exhausted fan properly.(1).开动排烟风机，并检查警报信号是否消失。(1). Start the smoke exhaust fan to check the disappearance of alarm signal;(2).停止运转风机后，警报信号一定再次出现。(2). Stop the fan, the alarm signal must appear again.-测试助燃风机：-Fire
