8、政府部门组织的消防会议和培训； 培训操作工基本的消防技能和火灾逃生技能； 火灾发生时，指挥灭火，人员救护； 向119报警，引导外部消防资源的到场；The Fire Prevention Team To take care of the fire fighting tools, equipments and facilities and guarantee them all in ready for fighting in peacetime; Work out this SOP, and keep it available; Attend the fire prevention meeting

9、 and training organized by government department; Train the staff fire fighting and evacuation skill; Direct the fire fighting and evacuation when fire happened; Call “119”, guid the fire fighting team to get to site of Austar.3.2 兼职消防队 扑灭小火； 辅助专业消防队在现场灭火； 营救员工； 可能的话，抢救公司财物； 切断火灾区的电源； 如果火灾区域的空调系统不能自

10、动停止运行，手动停止； 检查火灾区域的防火阀是否关闭，否则，手动关闭； 检查火灾区域的排烟风机是否开启，否则，手动开启； 检查自动喷淋灭火系统是否动作，否则，手动开启。Fire Fighting Team To deal with small fire； To assist the professional fire fighting teams to access fire site,. To rescue people in danger. To save properties if possible. To cut off power supply to fire section. To

11、 stop the related section HVAC system when fire happened if it cant stop automatically. To check the fire valve acting or no when fire happened, otherwise manually operate it. To check the smoking exhaust fan working or no when fire happened, otherwise manually start it. To check the automatically s

12、prinkler system working or no when fire happened, otherwise manually start it.3.3 救护组 协助各部门主管清点本部门人数，确保员工（包括外来人员）全部离开火灾现场； 维护现场秩序，阻止外部闲杂人员进入； 对轻伤人员进行救护； 需要时，护送受伤人员去医院； 提供食物，水，衣物和其它物资，保证人员健康和舒适； 联系医院和“120”； 运送人员和物资。First-aid Team To gather the staff, visitors, and contractors and keep the crowd in we
