26、script)和附件(attachment)。具体如下图所示:一般的,在考试中,由于篇幅所限,只要求考生在书信中包括称呼、正文、结束语和签名四个部分。下面我们先与书信比较来讲解公告的格式及注意事项:告示的写作格式与书信不同。书信讲究称呼、正文、落款三种格式,而告示则包括标题、日期、正文、署名四种格式。书信一般不写标题,告示必须写在首行正中央写上标题。书信一般无需在落款处写日期,告示最好写上(如果正文中交代清楚,不写亦可),写在标题右下方,不要空行。告示的正文可写1-3段,针对六级写作三点提纲的特点,最好写成三段,每点提纲各写一段、详细展开即可。书信中开头结尾的套句如自我介绍、写作目的、表示感谢

29、2. 主体要环环相扣,层层深如。3. 结尾要简洁有力:结尾是演讲的自然收束,能够使听众不断的思考和回味。便条便条是为了各种目的而写的简短书信体留言,用于熟人、亲人、朋友和同事等之间对于近一两天内将发生事情的联系,如请假条、约会、告别、道歉、借东西、留言等。便条的形式简单,语言随意、简洁且口语化。相比较书信而言,便条的语言和格式都更跟正规书信相比,便条的语言比较口头化,比如要通知某事只需这样开头:Just a line to tell you that .而无须像正规书信那样This is to inform you that .开头。另外,在便条中常出现省略现象,例如:Key to back

30、door is under mat.或者Key to back door under mat.(后门钥匙在垫子下面。)代之以The key to the back door is under the mat.。便条较短,因此必须言简意赅,避免繁文缛节。同时,便条一般直接用收信人的名字,省略Dear等称呼,结尾处也不用结束语,直接签名。特别需要注意的是,便条上一定要注明日期。便条的日期通常写在左上角。一般只写上星期几或者星期几上午或下午,也可写上午、下午的具体时刻。日常应用中,写上几月几日的也很普遍。其中美式英语的日期格式为“Mar. 20, 2007”,而英式英语的日期格式为20 Mar. 2007,两种格式都适用于考试。英语中12个月份的缩写如下:Jan., Feb., Mar., Apr., May, June, July, Aug., Sept., Oct., Nov., D
