3、nt 111 ObjectiveTo remove precipitate of iron oxide, welding scale, oil, rust, the boiler should be cleaned before the unit integrated startup, as well as to ensure quality of water and steam meet standard demand.2 Scope of workCleaning scope include boiler drum、water wall、economizer、down-comer tube

The correlative systems are consisted of chemical solution system, cleaning system and chemical discharge system.Chemical solution system scheme is as follows:Chemical solution tank chemical solution pump chemical solution tankChemical solution tank chemical solution pump deaerator tankCle

8、ry pipes and equipments were completed in accordance with cleaning system diagram. Welding of temporary pipes should follow the quality demand of real system pipes. Take hydraulic test of working pressure by cleaning pump, to ensure no leakage. 5.2 Systems, valves and analyzers that not attend clean
9、ing should be isolated.5.3 Pressure gauges of boiler drum should be changed to temporary pressure gauges which measuring range are 0-1.0MPa.5.4 Corrosion coupon and pipe sample should be hung in the boiler drum.5.5 Motor drive discharge valve of super-heater shall operates normally, Motor drive stop
10、 valve of economizer recirculation piping shall operates normally.5.6 Dry-out of boiler finished.5.7 Communication and light in site are all ready, if not, the temporary measure should be prepared, working passage are unblocked, temporary equipments used in installing period should be removed.5.8 An
11、alytical reagent and analyzer are all ready.5.9 Recorder paper used in acid cleaning are all ready.5.10 Top and bottom wall temperature indictors of boiler drum shall operates normally, a temporary temperature measuring device should be installed on the every water wall where heat load is near to ma
12、ximum load so as to monitor if the temperature raising rate of metal surface is uniformly and transfer signal to temperature scanner. 5.11 Cooling water pressure of economizer circulation cleaning pump must be more than 0.3MPa。5.12 Cooling water system of sampling system should operates normally and
13、 trial run of boiler dosing system should be completed.6 Precautions6.1 Personnel who attend cleaning should study safety guide for chemical and electric.6.2 Electric equipment, chemicals, and waste water should be taken charge by special person.6.3 Prepared first-aid chemicals for burn by acid and
14、caustic in site.6.4 Provided some fire fighting equipments.6.5 Electric switches and electric equipment should have evidence sign.6.6 Personnel who attend commissioning should be familiar with system, prevent from improper operation.6.7 Wearing safety helmet when come into site.7 Test equipment and
