1Objective
Toremoveprecipitateofironoxide,weldingscale,oil,rust,theboilershouldbecleanedbeforetheunitintegratedstartup,aswellastoensurequalityofwaterandsteammeetstandarddemand.
2Scopeofwork
Cleaningscopeincludeboilerdrum、waterwall、economizer、down-comertube,header.Thecorrelativesystemsareconsistedofchemicalsolutionsystem,cleaningsystemandchemicaldischargesystem.
Chemicalsolutionsystemschemeisasfollows:
Chemicalsolutiontank→chemicalsolutionpump→chemicalsolutiontank
Chemicalsolutiontank→chemicalsolutionpump→deaeratortank
Cleaningsystemschemeisasfollows:
Boilerdrum→down-comertube→bottomheader→waterwall→boilerdrum.
Boilerdrum→down-comertube→bottomheader→forcedcirculationcleaningpump→economizer→boilerdrum.
Chemicaldischargesystemschemeisasfollows:
Boiler→temporarypipe→wastewaterbasin→wastewatertreatmentsystem→discharge.

5Prerequisites
5.1Installationofallthetemporarypipesandequipmentswerecompletedinaccordancewithcleaningsystemdiagram.Weldingoftemporarypipesshouldfollowthequalitydemandofrealsystempipes.Takehydraulictestofworkingpressurebycleaningpump,toensurenoleakage.
5.2Systems,valvesandanalyzersthatnotattendcleaningshouldbeisolated.
5.3Pressuregaugesofboilerdrumshouldbechangedtotemporarypressuregaugeswhichmeasuringrangeare0-1.0MPa.
5.4Corrosioncouponandpipesampleshouldbehungintheboilerdrum.
5.5Motordrivedischargevalveofsuper-heatershalloperatesnormally,Motordrivestopvalveofeconomizerrecirculationpipingshalloperatesnormally.
5.6Dry-outofboilerfinished.
5.7Communicationandlightinsiteareallready,ifnot,thetemporarymeasureshouldbeprepared,workingpassageareunblocked,temporaryequipmentsusedininstallingperiodshouldberemoved.
5.8Analyticalreagentandanalyzerareallready.
5.9Recorderpaperusedinacidcleaningareallready.
5.10Topandbottomwalltemperatureindictorsofboilerdrumshalloperatesnormally,atemporarytemperaturemeasuringdeviceshouldbeinstalledontheeverywaterwallwhereheatloadisneartomaximumloadsoastomonitorifthetemperatureraisingrateofmetalsurfaceisuniformlyandtransfersignaltotemperaturescanner.
5.11Coolingwaterpressureofeconomizercirculationcleaningpumpmustbemorethan0.3MPa。
5.12Coolingwatersystemofsamplingsystemshouldoperatesnormallyandtrialrunofboilerdosingsystemshouldbecompleted.
6Precautions
6.1Personnelwhoattendcleaningshouldstudysafetyguideforchemicalandelectric.
6.2Electricequipment,chemicals,andwastewatershouldbetakenchargebyspecialperson.
6.3Preparedfirst-aidchemicalsforburnbyacidandcausticinsite.
6.4Providedsomefirefightingequipments.
6.5Electricswitchesandelectricequipmentshouldhaveevidencesign.
6.6Personnelwhoattendcommissioningshouldbefamiliarwithsystem,preventfromimproperoperation.
6.7Wearingsafetyhelmetwhencomeintosite.
