Especially since the implementation of the new courses reform, the development of students learning int

6、erest has been paid more and more attention to and the teaching thought of student-centered has tapped into teachers mind. However, with the scope of game-teaching widening and its frequency increasing, there have appeared some relative problems. Therefore, this paper is mainly based on the analysis

7、 and conclusion of those problems of game-teaching in English classes of primary students and thus puts forward some useful measures. It has discussed English teaching and backgrounds and analyzed the advantages of game teaching and the significance of the study. This paper aims to illustrate the co

Thats to say, age does play an important role in successful second language learning. The problem of English teaching has got more and more attention in rec

10、ent years. As English become more and more regarded as an international language, its increasingly included in primary curricula. Our government has emphasized the importance for primary school to give several hours of English teaching every week if the conditions are permitted. Ministry of educatio

11、n has carried out the new English curricula standard, which state English should be a course in all primary school. Although English become a major course in primary school, there are some problems in English teaching. We all know, game teaching is one of the best measures in the primary English cla

12、ss, but many teachers are not good at using English games when they are teaching. With the scope of game-teaching widening and its frequency increasing, there appeared some relative problems. So this paper is aimed to find some common problems and figure out some solutions of game teaching in the pr

13、imary English class.1.2 BackgroundsIn modern times, information filled with world with the process of globalization, it requires a higher level of English for the whole country to adapt to the development of the society. English becomes an important tool for people to communicate with foreigners. En

14、glish has been set as a compulsory course in schools, which there are four hours every week and students English scores have relation with their future. Under such circumstances, China has figured out a curriculum reform aiming to improve the current English teaching. Much attention has been paid to

15、 change the traditional and conventional English teaching in order to adapt to the modern times. The English Curriculum Standards distributed by the education ministry of China has singled out the goal of English course in primary schools during the compulsory education on December 25th, 2002. It ai

16、ms to motivate and cultivate students interest and self-confidence, and help them have good learning habit and develop their self-taught ability in learning English, so that they will have their own useful strategies to deal with their studies. Furthermore, students should learn the basic language k

17、nowledge, gain primary sense of language, master the language skills and acquire the capability of using English in their daily life. It is essential to develop the students intelligence and interest in learning English. In recent years, with the development of quality-oriented education, more and m

18、ore teachers and experts pay much attention to game teaching method in primary class. However, the system of English education in our country is still exam-oriented, which focus on knowledge input. As a result, it reduces the students interest and lowers their exam scores. According to the childrens

19、 Psychological characteristics, game teaching can arouse childrens interest. It has been found that one appropriate method to encourage children acquisition language is using games. Children have a need to be motivated by the teacher or the material, and they are easier to be motivated. Many teacher

John Dewey claimed games were integral to schooling since they provided active and positive learning experience. Since the implementation of curriculum reform, most English teachers have used g

But there are still some problems exist in English class. For example, the games are not relation to the

For a long time, when educate children, people usually ha

Game is a kind of activity with less pressure and its competition is not very strong, which can motivate students to speak freely. In the process of primary English teac
